The property manager, Elena was extremely helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to assist with ferry timetables and recommendations for restaurants and the like. Her English was great and she was very willing to help. The location cannot be beaten. The accommodation is in the perfect spot, right next to a parking lot (which we needed because we hired a car). The rooms are in the hustle and bustle of the old town, but the rooms are sound proof and overlook the street and city. The rooms, bed and overall facilities were excellent and are highly recommended. You are walking distance from the riviera, the fish market, shops, restaurants and monuments.

Not everyone likes a bit of shopping. The shops (not restaurants) are closed on Sundays. If you are planning on shopping on a Sunday, you may be dissapointed. There are, however, a million other things to do. There are quite a bit of stairs getting to the rooms, and with a heavy suitcase, it may present a challenge. But if you are young and strong (or pack light), you won't have any issues.

Loved our stay! Room was comfortable and cute, we loved the location (right at the start of the pedestrian only area, so your taxi can drop you off right at the hotel). Close to everything but very quiet. Effective air conditioning. Lovely breakfast at a nearby cafe with a water view — it opens at 8 or 9 so we unfortunately weren’t able to use it on mornings we were getting an early start.

Truly no complaints - Elena the manager was absolutely lovely!

We stayed 2 nights. It was good to stay such a good location in Split. It was only 3 mins to walk to old town. Elena and the other hotel members are great and very responsive. Air condition was working very well to protect room from undesired smell coming from grill restaurant below. Although there are lots of caffe, bar and restaurants nearby hotel, the room was isolated and silent. Thank you Elena and her team for your work.

There is no parking place nearby. The nearest parking place is 10-15 mins to walk. There is no elevator in the building.

The rooms are beautiful and designed well. Large bath room / shower. I have been to many European hotels and this one is amazing for the price point. It’s beats a Ritz Carlton for power outlets! Full length mirror. You can sign in on Netflix etc. why don’t more hotels do this? It’s very quiet the rock walls are thick. Elena was the property manager and was super helpful and friendly.

Hard to locate. But, in hindsight all these boutique hotels around and in the old temple area are hidden gems behind bland apartment doors. I should have called the manager and not walked around the block a couple of times. Parking was a little tricky but again the manager helped us learn the way to pay in their system.

Very personal feel, wonderful warm welcome and the staff (Elena) couldn’t do enough for us. The location was really central, but without being noisy, the room and bathroom were both perfectly clean and comfortable and we felt really safe. Although there was rarely someone at reception, we could easily get hold of Elena as needed. Genuine little gem of a hotel!

Good location, very near the theatre & around 15 mins walk from ferry port. Not obvious to find first time, but Elena called us & came out to find us! Immaculate & great room. Aircon & double glazing kept the noise out & the room comfortable. Drinks' fridge. Very comfy bed. Good shower (but strange very low attachment on the wall). Elena was really friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We could leave bags on arrival until room was ready, and after check-out until we left for airport. Recommend getting bus to Klis (hilltop fortress) & Roman ruins at Solin. Recommend dinner at Kavana, on side street next to theatre.

Absolutely nothing!

I am a frequent traveler and stayed at many hotels. Some were really good, others not so, but the service we got at this hotel was AMAZING. I will not go into all details (like her offering to help with carry the luggage from the car, walking a ~100 meters in pouring rain and such). But will focus on the one thing that says it all – due to issue with purchasing a parking ticket, she showed near our car and then when realizing what the issue is, went on a tour, found us a free parking place and waited till we bring the car over. This is just a highlight of the level of service we got. Kudos !

The only back draw at this place was the lack of elevator (the entrance is on the second floor and our rooms were on the 4th floor – many steps to climb)

The welcome and support from Elena was great - she was super friendly and helpful. The room is smaller than we thought but was tastefully decorated with everything we needed inc a small fridge

Theres nothing can be done about it but we were disappointed by the view from the room window however, we must appreciate we were 2mins walk away from centre of old Split so we cant complain about that!

The manager, Elena, was exceptionally helpful. Charming to talk to and gave great advice on where to eat/ arranged transport. Rooms were very good and central.

Didn't realise there was no breakfast in hotel but it didn't matter as close to so many places to eat. Think lots of places in Split may be like this. We arrived in the dark and felt we were in a dark corner but thats just Split! Its a v old town

We really enjoyed our stay at Priska Heritage rooms. We hadn't stayed at a small "rooms" hotel in Croatia until this point, and we were very happy with the experience. Elena was very responsive and helpful both before and during our trip. The rooms themselves were very nicely designed and renovated. The location was also perfect too, just outside the old town but close.

There really isn't anything major that comes to mind. It took us a few minutes to find the hotel front door, so maybe a more clear marking or instructions for finding it prior to arrival would be helpful.
