What an amazing place to stay! Visited Split with my daughter for 7 nights as a 21st birthday treat. Before arrival, Sandra went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we needed. On arrival, she was there to greet us and give some great advice on travel, local area and any questions we had. A perfect host. The apartment itself is in an amazing location. The heart of the city is on your doorstep, but in a quiet spot. We had a great night's sleep all week. The place was spotless, great facilities, and aircon perfect after a hot day out. Kettle, fridge, water, and other facilities gave it that "home from home" feeling. There's even a small supermarket opposite for all the essentials (milk, fresh bread, cheese, wine, etc) I'd highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you, Sandra :)

The room was spotless very clean. Plenty of clean towels. The bed was comfortable there was plenty of hot water and tea and coffee was provided. (not English Breakfast tea) . The agents left us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water also some sweets, which was very nice. Good TV and you could watch Netflix etc. The room didn't have a full length mirror so I watshaped Sandra who had one waiting outside of our room the very same day.

The room I was in I felt was a little on the small size. That is the only critique I have.

Our host, Sandra, was very helpful and responsive. The place is exceptionally nice and clean. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Diocletian’s Palace, Riva and nearby restaurants and attractions. Parking is a block away and €10/day with a parking card provided by the host. We went to 4 out of more than 2 dozens restaurants/patisseries Sandra recommended and they were all really good especially the Oš Kolač Artisan Cakes and Pastries. Sandra’s cleaning lady found my wife’s jewelry that she had left in the room. She arranged to meet us at the Split ferry terminal when we came back from Hvar to deliver the package. An outstanding effort by a host.

Very clean, pretty rooms and nice quiet location near everything. Amazing host, thank you Sandra! Name says everything, they were luxury rooms, everything was spotles. Rooms were spacious and very quiet - we didn’t hear nothing from other rooms or from the street. There was minifridge with complimentary water and wine. Breakfast wasn’t in the same building as we already knew, but it was in neaby restaurant and the breakfast was very good.

The breakfast started at 9AM, not 8AM as the restaurant informed, but it might be because we were there during offseason. There is no elevator in the accommondation building, but the rooms were in second floor so not so many stairs to climb with luggage.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was great with a great location with a grocery store across the street and easy walking access to everything! The host was great and was so helpful with questions we had!!

We did not have a coffee maker but that is not the end of the world in Croatia as coffee shops are everywhere and there was a hotpot!

Amazing location, helpful & friendly host, and clean. The host went the extra mile for my partner’s birthday which was a lovely touch and had lost of recommendations. They accommodated our later check out and helped with our luggage when they had to eventually check us out - thank you so much.

By no fault of the hotel or host, we were woken up very early by neighbours one morning but that was down to them being inconsiderate and no other reason.

Clean and comfortable room in a perfect location. Room was very spacious and decorated in a tasteful, modern fashion. It was well equiped - AC, fridge, flat screen TV with netflix, youtube etc; WIFI, lots of towels, complimentary wine and water. Cleaning service came every second day. Rooms are located within a 5 minute walk from city center, however they are in a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfasts were in a nearby restaurant and they were simply perfect. There was 10 options to choose from + coffee/tea, orange juice and bread & butter. I recommend trying all of them. Great contact with the host, she was readily available at all time and very helpful. All in all I highly recommend staying here.

This property was just amazing! Sandra (the host) was so lovely and helpful with places to see, restaurants to go to and she took her time to make sure we had a great stay! We will definitely be back! Sandra also organised our taxi from Split airport (Mateo) he was very informative whilst staying in Split!

Absolutely nothing!

I was very impressed with this apartment. It was clean, modern. Great value and right in the city centre which was really nice! We felt safe. Had access to codes, and Sandra was so helpful with welcoming us and she was always thats if needed. Would definitely stay again.

The host was so warm and friendly and the apartment looked just like the pictures, so modern and clean. Also great location.

Bed was slightly firm for me although my partner loved it.
