Amazing little gem near city center. Loved this spot. The location is hidden but close to everything. Clean, updated, accommodating. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating as well. We arrived early and were permitted to leave our baggage on premises behind a locked gate while we waited for our room to be ready, which they were able to get for us well before check-in time. The staff was very friendly. The buiding itself is awesome. Restored, clean, cute. We spent a couple hours hanging out on the patio with friends which was an added bonus. Room and bathroom were bigger than expected and super comfy. The air conditioning was an added bonus!

The property is situated well for access to the harbour and many local sights. Lots of things are within walking distance such as Marjan Park (but you can also take a bus) and Diocletian's Palace and the statue of Gregory of Nin. Also the Green Market can easily be reached on foot. The room is a little retreat away from the business of the centre and is wonderfully decorated. Access to the terrace is an added bonus. We were given gorgeous matcha toiletries to use in the bathroom. There was also a hairdryer for use in the room. Bring your own if you have longer hair. We were unfortunate that the electricity went off on our last morning but it didn't impact on our stay at all. Very clean and very hospitable.

The room was beautiful, the beds were so comfy and the shower was amazing...the entire hotel was an oasis from the city that was just steps from the front door. The best part of the accomodations was Sanja. She had amazing suggestions on things to do, transportation, restaurants. You could tell that she and her family cared about all the details and wanted our stay to be amazing. Thanks Sanja! I'm sorry that we weren't able to say thank you in person when we left...but I hope you had a well deserved day off. :)

The location was fantastic, with the old town and Diocletian’s Palace only a few minutes walk away. There was a great atmosphere and the outside seating was really nice. The room was very clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we might need. Most notably though, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for Split and for the next city we were visiting. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Split!

Great location on the edge of the pedestrian area. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but very quiet in the apartment. It's not possible to drive up to the property and there's no lift, we didn't find this a problem but this may be an issue for some people. There's a nice terrace, we only stayed one night so didn't use this but great to have an outside area. It's possible to order breakfast to be delivered but we were recommended a nearby restaurant which was excellent.

The room we stayed in (I think it was 7) had a sloping roof, one side of the bed could only be accessed by stooping to avoid hitting one's head

Location in Split old town was excellent. Cafes,restaurants and shops nearby. 5 minute walk to the Riva. Our room was super clean with a very comfortable bed. Shower in bathroom was great. The little patio area was a lovely place to sit with a coffee or glass of wine. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

The property is exactly as how the photos are, with just five rooms. The location just at the edge of Split’s Old Town was perfect. We could walk everywhere, and the road just nearby for activity pick ups. Because of how small the property is, the owner and her staff knew our quirks/preempted what we needed before we asked for it. Thank you Sanja, Rahela and Nera for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel, you’ll be guaranteed a pleasant, comfortable stay.

A beautiful hidden gem that’s peaceful. It is in the old town of Split and perfectly located next to everything and anything you may need. The team are lovely and so helpful. As a solo travel from Ireland I felt very comfortable and safe. It was super clean and tidy and you just knew attention to detail had been paid.

I couldn’t stay longer

Last minute booking at a reduced price, the host was very helpful and the room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Location is down an alley near to an old theatre building which can be tricky to find but on the edge of the old town so close to shops, main port etc. The rooms are very modern and there is a nice seating area on the terrace to enjoy.

Parking isn’t available on site and can be expensive in split so be careful to find a space out of town.

What a wonderful stay we had here. Sanja and her staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we checked-in. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned, all with great facilities and the utmost comfort and the location couldn’t have been any more perfect. Thank you so much for our fantastic stay with you!
