Location was perfect!!! Off the beaten path from the main Riva which was great for noise and people wandering. Room was very clean and bathroom was newly updated. The room was small - but it would be perfect for a one or two night stay. The owner made a LOVELY homemade breakfast and was so so sweet.

The ONLY thing I would make note of is the staircase to get to the rooms not on the main floor- if you have a very heavy suitcase be prepared…. And also if anyone had any sort of disability this would not be suitable. Otherwise it’s great

A very cool vibe in a great little building. Away from the main old town area meaning it's nice and quiet all day round. The breakfast was great and had plenty on offer. They have some food items out all day for guests to grab on their way out to explore Split! The bed was comfy.

The rooms are upstairs, only accessible via a very tight spiral staircase. We struggled quiet a bit to get the suitcases up there! Finding the B&B was a bit tricky, given the small streets and the slightly inaccurate google maps listing.

I am super thankful to Bruna and the hotel personnel for making our stay so nice and special. We got help with taxi to and from the airport, as well as got welcomed by the host to make sure we find the location easily. The room was wonderful - very clean, modern and comfortable. I loved that we had a balcony and could enjoy the sun from the roof windows. I also really loved the area - it was very quiet and yet located in the old town, super close to all tourists sites and the beach. Additionally, I loved the bathroom products offered to guests. It’s my personal favorite brand. Special thanks to the host for adding a thoughtful detail for our honeymoon :) I was also super touched with a delightful breakfasts every morning, as well as some snacks left for the guests to enjoy every day. The grapes were amazingly sweet! Overall, you can tell that this is a top class property with a great attention to customers and their needs.

Staff were so friendly and went out of there way to make us welcome as arrived early into Split on morning ferry. Allowed us to store bags and got room ready for an early check in. The room was well equipped, very clean and modern.

Only issue with property is access to the room is via a narrow steep spiral staircase, which is tricky to navigate with a large case. But there is little they can do with this, but everything else was perfect with a lovely continental breakfast in the morning.

We had 3 lovely nights at the Olympic Dream. The rooms are stylish and clean, the location is just perfect to explore the historic centre, the quieter neighbourhood Varos and the Marjan forests with nice small beaches. Communication with Ana, the hotel manager, was easy, fast and reliable. She has been assisting us flexibly with late check-in and check-out, transportation to and from the airport and practical hints and tips. Take care when going up and down the narrow, steep stairs to the rooms. It is a typical narrow architecture in Split 😉

Comfy bed, great location and lovely design of the room.

Fridge didn’t work at all. Had to store food downstairs in breakfast fridge. Stairs are a pain (we were on the second level). If you’re elderly or have big bags you’re going to really struggle. Breakfast wasn’t great. We arrived 1hr after opening and there was barely any food left (very limited options). We had to eat out, after.

There was great communication from the hotel via text even before I arrived. They gave me very efficient help with an airport transfer. Friendly and really helpful staff, and an elegant and very comfortable room. Also: there were fantastic chocolates in the room when I arrived :-) Breakfast was wonderful, and included extras I didn't expect. A real pleasure.

Good position, clean and very modern furnishings.

The very tight and steep spiral staircase with no handrails was tricky and very difficult with suitcases. On the top floor there was no guardrail to stop either cases or a person from falling down the stairs. A rubber mat is needed in the shower as the floor tiles are extremely slippery.

Annamaria provided an excellent buffet breakfast. She was also very helpful in recommending restaurants as well as what to see in Split. She has first class English. She helped us on arrival and departure with carrying our baggage up the very narrow spiral staircase. The rooms were modern and spotless, and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and the Palace of Diocletian.

Two things: slightly better signage would have helped us to find the place, although to be fair Annamaria heard the sound of our luggage wheels and came out to find us! Secondly, it's a really lovely establishment, in the Old Town, very quiet, but the spiral staircase to the upper floors would be awkward for anyone with mobility problems.

This is a wonderful little B&B. It is a bit hard to locate in the lanes (especially by yourself in the dark!), but once you are there it is great. Rosa looked after me whilst I was there and was very friendly and inviting. She also made me an omelette every morning as I am vegetarian and so didn't partake in the cold meats. Other breakfast offerings included cucumber, meats, tomatoes, cheese, granola, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea and fruit. The rooms are very clean and the bed was excellent, I slept very well. The bathroom has a rain style shower which was super nice. Furthermore, Rosa was accommodating to our need for an earlier breakfast as we were in town for a conference and had a shuttle bus to catch early each morning (and did an even earlier breakfast for us on departure day). I would recommend this B&B.

The location was hard to find, some more detailed direction would have been useful or a sign to be added to the end of the specific lane pointing to it. However once I had found my way there the first night I could find it easily for the rest of the week. It may have been easier to find during the day but my flight was delayed and so it was 22:30 and dark.
