Great location, very clean room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, quiet, everything looks relatively new. Petra was easy to reach when we had questions. There are only 5 rooms in Bajamonti5

There's no elevator as advertised. We had no problem going up to the 5th floor (in the U.S., it's 6th floor). Petra helped my wife carry the little suitcase up. If you have a big suitcase and hate stairs, look somewhere else.

Central location. Situated in the main square, restaurants and bars close by. In the Old Town, which is beautiful, handy for meeting points for trips to the islands. The owners are lovely people, very helpful. They really appreciate having tourists and take pride in their property. It is cleaned every day.

The accommodation is beautiful and in a UNESCO protected building, so there is no lift. Be prepared to climb 4 flights of stairs. Luckily, I had help with my luggage from Marco, the co-owner.

Excellent location and very comfortable rooms. The check in process was easy and very friendly and we were given plenty of tips and information for our stay. Don't forget to make use of the roof terrace with great views. A wonderful find in the heart of Split old town.

Be aware of having to climb 4 flights of stairs with your luggage! Although we were offered a hand with this on check in.

The location was amazing and close to everything. We loved our room and the host/manager greeted us and was super attentive and great to us. We only stayed here for 1 night but would definitely stay here again if we come back to Split. We got the room with breakfast included and the free breakfast at the restaurant around the corner was amazing!

Everything was great but be sure to know that you'll have to climb up 4-5 flights of stairs. Not a problem but just to keep in mind

Wonderful location, steps from the harbor and Diocletian Palace, Comfortable room, beautiful shower, great bed, quiet and dark for sleeping. Access to a lovely rooftop patio, great for watching sunset with a glass of wine! We paid for the included breakfast and had wonderful breakfasts at Brasserie 7. Petra was great with communication, meeting us as we arrived and helping us find parking in a difficult area.

The four flights of stairs didn’t bother us, but maybe not the best place for someone with mobility issues or very large luggage! We were able to contact Petra to adjust the AC to a cooler temperature, but that would be a good thing for a guest to be able to adjust themselves.

Perfect location. Smack in the town center, walking distance to everything. The room istelf was very tidy and comfortable. Very modern bathroom with everything you need. Easy 24h access via key we received. I asked and got a reserved parking place: Petra sent me a google maps location and waited for me at the place to assist me with parking.

Only slight inconvenience was the "emergency exit" light in the bedroom that was too strong.

Location ist amazing in old town, everything ist like 10 min walking. Owner Petra, very friendly and helpful. Room clean, quiet, the view from roof amazing with view on sea and old town. 🌄

The location was very convenient and it was comfortable. I really enjoyed access to the roof terrace. Breakfast vouchers were also a bonus.

I wouldn’t say it was luxury. There were some defects that need to be addressed. The fridge was blinking on and off and it had to cover it with towels so I could sleep at night. The shower head was loose and was leaking.

Beautiful room, perfect location for old town and palace. Luxury bathroom, towels, bed and linen. Air conditioning much appreciated.

There were several flights of stairs to reach rooms with no lift. May be a problem for some people or lots of luggage.

Delightful boutique hotel in a fabulous location. Rooms were authentic and beautifully clean. The check-in lady and cleaning lady really friendly and helpful.
