The location was in the core of Split’s old town, the rooms were not really like the pictures but vrey clean, spacious and with all the facilities you need. Good a/c, mini fridge, hair dryer etc. The exit sign that other people complained about in the comments are not an issue anymore, and you cannot hear any noise between the rooms also something that we were concerned about when we booked. The walls between the rooms are super good so no one bothered us. The hosts were super helpful in guiding us around, and the check in and check out were super quick. Very nice 7 days stay in Split!!! There wasn t much natural light, but it s not like they can do anything about it. The old town buildings are very tight anyway so I am pretty sure that is something you will get with all Split accommodations within the old town. Also, it would be good to share some pictures of the other rooms as well (not that they are bad, but just for the client to make an idea). Otherwise really there was nothing to complaint about.

Very comfortable. On 1st floor which suited me...the steps that far were enough of a challenge with a lack of handrail support on a spiral staircase that emerged into the lobby as if climbing out the cellar! Helpful staff with luggage transportation in & out.

Noisy singing & clientele from the outside restaurant until late in the night. Lack of handrail negotiating door & the steps into the lobby.....had to crawl up!

Milana was an incredibly welcoming host, providing lots of valuable advice and looking after our needs throughout our whole stay. The apartment itself was perfect, with a fridge and all the amenities you could need. The location couldn't be better, right in the centre of the old town. Would definitely recommend

The only downsides were it was a little hard to find with no name on the outside and at night it was quite cloud with music/ people from the restaurant beside.

The rooms are clean, and to our American surprise the airconditioning REALLY REALLY WORKS! Due to some booking issues we booked this room last minute and within a few minutes they reached out to us with information about our check in! The location was excellent and close to Mumas an exceptional restaurant we highly recommend for lunch/ dinner

We were looking for a spot in Old Town and this was at a fair value cost wise. The air conditioning in room was a great way to sleep through the night. Also, requested baby crib via email and they responded saying they could provide but wanted me to confirm, I didn’t confirm via email and they made sure to have the crib waiting in the room for us. Only had a two night stay and they changed linens after just the first day. Great experience overall and feel we have pretty high expectations.

Super cute and cozy, and quite modern for being in the old town! Location was also great. Staff was nice. Felt like a real “private” stay. Great value for the price, too.

The only issue I had with the property is running out of hot water on our last day during a shower. Location also took a minute to find and the building we were staying in was around the corner from the office, but that wasn’t really an issue.

Location- in the heart of the old city so 1-3minutes to everything - including the sites. Coffee/tea provided in the room. Host provided list of restaurants and activities and also offered pickups and organising of activities.

The location was ideal- just steps away from the palace! We loved having such an easy option for airport pickup when we arrived, it made arriving to the hotel after a long day of travel easy. We would stay here again!

Things were great- the only thing to be aware of before you go is that you need to pay with cash, PayPal, or another way. They cannot accept credit card so just plan accordingly!

The location was within the Diocletian's Palace area, which is really lovely to be in, especially if you are into history. The place was surrounded by many restaurants and shops, but closing the window pretty much blocked all the noise from outside. The receptionist was very friendly, and she came out to meet us when we couldn't find the place (it's a little bit tricky but nevertheless a good location). Our room was quite large, comfortable and clean. The receptionist gave us a map of Split with a brief overview. She was also accepted to keep our luggage for us after check out so we could explore the city a little further before leaving.

My only complaint is that the double bed was actually two singles pushed together. But otherwise it was very comfortable.

A very central location although a little difficult to find. Very spacious and clean and host was wonderful.

It would have been nice to have a small table and chairs as there is certainly space for this. There was some evening noise from the restaurant downstairs but this did not impact sleeping.
