We were met by the host who helped us get our bags up the stairs to the accommodation. The room was a reasonable size without being big. The bathroom was well fitted out. Located in the middle of the old town

Unfortunately the nights we were staying there were concerts on in the nearby square which meant that it was noisy until about 11. Then workers were outside the building packing equipment up at about 5:30. Not the host’s fault. A lot of foot traffic outside also contributed to the noise. No lift.

Right in the middle of the old town of Split. Very convenient to all the restaurants and close to the water.

There is no lift so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs which is ok but if you have heavy suitcases - take your time and the host will also help you take them up. It's a bit hard to find - especially if you get to the place early to drop off cases as the rooms are above an ART gallery. Art Gallery only opens at 10 am so you may have to have breakfast first. Look for a large green door. Otherwise, host is very nice and will help you out.

The location is excellent. It is inside the city walls and very convenient to all the sights, many great restaurants and the waterfront. It is also within a short walking distance to the ferry terminal. The host, Marko provided transport from the airport to the hotel. It was very hot during the time that I was in Split so he suggested that I take the ferry to Brac Island for a day trip. It was a great suggestion and turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip.

The air conditioning did not work well. A ceiling or floor fan would have made the room more comfortable.

The location was absolutely perfect. As a first time visitor to Croatia I would absolutely stay here again. The communication was excellent and we booked the airport pickup which was so smooth, then Karlo met us at the car to take us into the apartment. It was a gorgeous room, so clean, with perfect aircon and consistent hot water. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

The stairs would be difficult for elderly people but we had no trouble.

The location is fabulous, right in the middle of the Old Town. The room was large and comfortable and clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing was that the wifi in our room (room 5) did not work well as it had to penetrate huge stone walls. This made it a bit difficult for us as we only used wifi during our vacation. The wifi did work outside of the room and I believed it worked in all the other rooms, our room was just in a difficult position.

This property is on the third floor of an 18th century Baroque palace in the old part of town in a lively narrow street that connects two squares. It is an easy ten minute walk to the transport hub. On the ground floor there is an art gallery from where a broad marble staircase leads upwards and 53 steps later you reach the delightful accommodation.. The friendly manager kindly helped us up the stairs with our luggage at check-in

I thought the room was so cute! The bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom was clean and very nice. And the staff were friendly. And the location was awesome.

I think it would've been good to know about the light switches for the stairs up to the room but I was able to figure that out soon enough.

The room was attractive, and in a great location.

There was no daily room attention...no replacing towels or emptying tiny wastebaskets. And at 10 p.m. the first night we were interrupted after 10 p.m. by the staff guy (who himself had been very friendly and helpful with suggestions) who came on demand of his superior to ask us to show our passports to prove that the room was indeed ours. Probably wouldn't stay here again

Location was fantastic - just in the middle of old town. In a historical building, where the rooms were renovated by modern standards. Air condition needed and worked spot on.

4th floor without elevator could be a challenge, but not for me. View only to a very small inner yard, but not really important. I would have appreciated just 2 sets of plates, knives and forks and a water heater.

The location is amazing - right in the centre of old town and surrounded by life, but the windows are great at blocking the noise so not noisy from outside. Plenty of recommendations provided by the property and a lovely charming room and bathroom.

Was hoping that the bedding/towels would be changed at one point during our 5 day stay, however they were not. But otherwise no complaints.
