Very helpful staff, lovely clean, comfortable room. Took a room with a view of the square and it made a big difference. Great location, within easy walking distance of the main historical sites.

The hotel is in an old residential building, with no foyer, so the entrance is through a door in a side street and a small reception desk is on the first floor, although that wasn't a problem. The building is actually shared with two other hotels. The breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast room is a restaurant next door to the hotel and serves two of the hotels in the building. It was quite cramped when busy and the breakfast offering wasn't very big or varied. They did cook eggs on request, but other options were limited and the same every day. There are no room service or laundry facilities. We would stay here again, just for the location and the room, but not pay for an included breakfast.

Location was perfect for an early morning walk amongst the palace and shops without hoards of tourists. The room was large, albeit in the eaves of the hotel, but after banging your head once soon learnt. We also had a fully equipped kitchenette which was an unexpected surprise. Bed was very large (two singles put together), good quality linen and the blinds kept the early morning light at bay. Very quiet. Staff went over and above by arranging staff to collect the luggage and escort us to the taxi rank, as hotel in pedestrian area. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with eggs cooked to order.

We stayed in the Deluxe Suite on the 4th floor and the room was lovely. The little kitchen was really useful for our wine, water and snacks, the welcome drink a nice touch, the beds and linen really comfortable and the bathroom was clean with nice toiletries. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the cafe next door was good - not a massive choice, but eggs cooked to order. A lovely hotel right in the heart of the city.

TV - unreliable access to TV channels. No explanation left in room on how to use 2 remotes and navigate to English channels. Must add staff were very helpful.

The hotel is located in the historic center of Split, a few steps from Diocletian's palace, so it was not possible for us to drive our car to the hotel. We were met very punctually by a hotel employee in a location specified beforehand, and he showed us where to park and carried our luggage as we walked to the hotel. Great service. The hotel is very charming, and there is (paid) breakfast available right outside the entrance in a very charming little brunch place. The rooms are great, very elegant! The staff is very courteous and helpful.

The building is the oldest Art Nouveau building in Split and in the very center of the crowded and lively historic center, so if you want to avoid the noise, do not select a room with a view to the main square.

Loved the shower, handy charging spots for the phones. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Appreciated, help with luggage from drop off area as no access to hotel by car. The wifi was quick and really accessible. The rooms were perfect size for 3 single beds with no issues with space. Overall, this hotel was nothing but a pleasure and definitely a highlight of our trip.

Well, there was a broken lamp in one of the rooms, however wasn’t an issue. The sink was slightly too small, bit difficult to wash your face. But the facilities were nonetheless perfect!

Fabulous location inside the pedestrian area of palace grounds. Hotel promptly sent a porter to carry all luggage from taxi drop off when we arrived and he took us to departure point in little tuk tuk. Bars,shops,restaurants right outside but very quiet in room. Great fresh breakfast cooked to order. Comfortable beds and large room. Very helpful front desk made recommendations and last minute reservations

Our stay was great from the moment we arrived. The central location in Split allowed us to explore the area seamlessly. We benefitted from a free room upgrade due to our stay being in the off-season; a lovely perk and greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. There are great restaurants and shops within a stone's throw of the front door. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a boutique experience at a fair price. I'd love to stay again in the future.

Superb central location. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful and kind. I thought breakfast was very good. It had continental choices and cooked to order eggs dishes. I occupied the studio room which included a kitchenette. It was nice to have the option to prepare some meals especially given how expensive eating out could be. There is a nice sized market just a few hundred yards from the hotel.

There were torrential rainstorms during my stay. There was an moderate issue with water coming into the room from the bottom of the windows. The staff provided towels to put on the window seals and it issue was solved. An offer was immediatly made to move me to a different room. I declined the offer in order to have a kitchenette.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a heritage building. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the old town. Rooms were very spacious and grand in the style of the hotel. Bathrooms lovely with double basins. Breakfast was good and the staff were really wonderful and helpful. Transfer from airport and then onto the ferry at checkout by buggy was extremely helpful (since it is located in a non-traffic area). Highly recommend this hotel.
