The room was big and very modern in a historic building. The balcony with the hot tub was awesome and clean. You are right in the heart of old town with lots of restaurants and stuff to see

You NEED to tell them when you are arriving. There is no front desk so the guy has to meet you there to let you in. We did so got in right away but our friends did not and waited on the street for about an hour. Also as it’s old town you are walking your luggage to the hotel. Also there are only stairs so you have to bring your luggage up 5 flights which was a work out. Also NO Housekeeping, only after 3rd day which is not in the post

The room was so perfect, very modern and clean! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and luxurious! Location was also great, everywhere was within walking distance. I really recommend Le Premier Luxury Rooms for any couples coming to split.

Everything was perfect we only had one minor issue. The host who showed us to our room told us to message on WhatsApp with any queries. We had a quick question but never received a response - nothing to do with the property itself!

Excellent locatiom in the old Town. Beautifully renovated and decorated room. Very clean and well stocked. Comfy bed. Very little noice from outside(our room #1 didn’t face the small street below where there are pubs and restaurants, might be different in room #2).

The fact that there isn’t a proper door to the bathroom! The door and part of the wall is made from glass. There are curtains outside of it so visual privacy isn’t an issue. However, there is a small gap when you close the door so there is little sound proofing. Definitely not pleasant if you are a person who want to take care of your business in total privacy. You hear every step your upstairs neighbour takes, as well as from those walking the stairs. So while outside noise wasn’t an issue we woke up a few times from noises inside the building. Some mention the fact that there isn’t an elevator. Didn’t really bother us but might matter to some.

The apartment is in great shape and quite comfortable. We loved the spacious bathroom and helped a lot that there was 2 sinks/mirrors to get ready. Our host was super nice and had our room ready before check in time. He also provided great recommendations.

Some natural light in the room would have made it perfect, though I guess that’s just how most rooms are in the area? There are 2 windows but they are too close to the building across the street so you don’t get much light.

We would totally recommend this place :) Perfect location, right in the middle of the gorgeous pedestrianised old town with lots of nice restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and very close to the pier. Lovely comfy room with really nice interior. Friendly host with great recommendations, they even allowed us to check in to the room 2 hours early :)

No lift, not much of a problem but maybe something to consider if you are a bit less able.

Superb location - just behind Games of Thrones museum in heart of the old town. About 2-mins walk to the promenade and very easy access to pretty much all the main tourist attractions within the city itself. Spotlessly clean apartment which was provided with clean towels / bedding regularly. Nice welcoming touches - including bottle of wine. Host was very accommodating when we arrived few hours early for check in. We booked top floor apartment with terrace and hot tub - which was fantastic - lovely way to relax after a hot day sightseeing.

If I'm being picky, then maybe replenish coffee sachets when servicing the apartment. Also be prepared to climb several flights of stairs. But really hard to find fault here!

Very well renewed with attention to detail. I noticed that was the topper in the bed and this made me feel good. Very well soundproofed and this is very important as the property is very central. Moreover our host Toma has been very welcoming and helpful. Good staff!

The entrance is definitely not as expected. It is very dirty and not welcoming at all. Moreover walls in the stairs are scratched and dirty. Anyway the room’s floors are ok. Another point is that there isn’t any place in which hang out the laundry and this is very disappointing in a seaside city like Split. Finally some towels were stained with make up and had holes.

The room was well decorated, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean and maintained. Bathroom was spacious with a great shower. The location was excellent as it was just inside the pedestrian zone making it close to all the sights, ferry and bus terminal as well as dining options.

Though the location was great from a sights perspective, it was above a noisy bar and restaurant area. Luckily Room #1 was on the quieter side making it tolerable for sleeping. As well, the bathroom had a glass door with a fabric curtain to provide some privacy. This was a bit unusual and took some getting used to.

Fantastic stay in Le Premier Luxury rooms, we stayed in the Deluxe Double room which was spacious and comfortable with lovely decoration and furnishings and a great bathroom with shower. The location is perfect for visiting Split as you are inside the palace walls and everything is on your doorstep. Highly recommend the accommodation and Split is a beautiful city to visit. Will definitely return soon!

No dislikes at all, great place to stay!

Quality of facilities generally. Location.

Poor location of power points, especially for the jug. There is nowhere on the bench to plug it in. Lack of variety of pillows...not everyone likes soft, feathery pillows. They might look good for showy purposes, but they're not always functional.
