We absolutely loved our stay at MK Luxury Rooms! Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very accomodating. The room and bathroom were both very clean, good airconditioning and the bed was super comfortable. It wasn't too hard to find the room as well. It felt secure and it was very central. There was some late night noise outside our room which came in with the bathroom window open, but as soon as we closed it, no problems at all!

We loved our stay, we do not have any negative feedback! If stairs are an issue for people, there were some that would be a little difficult with heavier luggage, but we were okay.

Excellent room right in the heart of the city. The availability of parking (the owner can take your vehicle to a different location, for a 15€/day fee) is a plus, even though if you plan on using your car frequently it will make you dependent on his availability to return your car whenever you want. The complimentary beverages in the fridge are also a nice offer.

There was a broken piece on the window shutter, which allowed a lot of light in the room very early in the morning, and that is the main reason I'm not scoring it 10/10. I hope they can fix it soon. The shower is a bit too open, which made it hard not to wet the bathroom floor, but nothing too serious.

Very nice apartment within the palace. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. One of the nicest owners we have met! He could not do enough for us! He picked us up from the car rental company, helped us with our bags and offered to take care of our luggage the day we checked out. There was iced tea and beer for us in the fridge on our arrival! Communication was great before and during our stay!

The location couldn't be better. It was a 30 second walk to the statue to meet our tour group; and a 90 second to 5 minute walk to anything else. The owner is fantastic. Parking is limited and expensive within the city; and he meets you near the place and parks your car for you at his private residence for only $10/day and then brings your car whenever you need it to get around. Its so easy to get around the city by walking that we didn't need our car until the last day when we went to the beach and climbing area above the beach (Marjan).

Honestly, no room for improvement that I can think of.

I really can’t thank the hosts enough for all their kindness toward us. They really do everything to make your stay as perfect as possible. The room is very beautiful, well organized and clean. It’s just like the pictures. Everything was flawless. I also loved the location just inside Split old town. It was an unforgettable stay and we hope to come back and stay with you! I couldn’t recommend more. Just book it and be happy just like we did!

For the price we paid there is no possible way to complain about anything. The host was amazing. The location was perfect. Really close to everything you need including Split’s best dog park. The host did valet parking which in Split was incredible. For us this place was perfect for 2 nights. I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Great value.

Really good location within the old palace. Really nice breakfast in nearby restaurant. Room made up every day which I hadn’t expected as it was an apartment, so that was great. The host was really friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was some wine and other drinks for us which was also really appreciated. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Couldn’t fault!

Great location, very clean, quiet and very nice host. They took care of parking our car for an extra and drove us to the closest point, which was such a relief since parking close to the old town seemed impossible.

There were two ACs in the room but one wasn’t working. The other did the job though so it’s not an issue.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Would highly recommend. Hosts were amazing. So helpful. Split is lovely. We used buses also to get around. Krka falls beautiful...Klis fortress worth a visit as is Salona....fabulous walk in Marjan Park as recommended by our host. All in all a fab week!!

Staff at bus station not very friendly..

The location is the best, you open the door and you are in the old city ! The bed is really confortable and the host gave us a bottle of wine with a fully stock fridge of drinks 👌🏻 The breakfast is also really good (and the location is incredible) you only have two options so if you stay more than 3 days maybe it can be a little bit boring. The host was super flexible (We arrived a bit early) , they can help you book things, give you advices ... 🙌🏻

The place is a bit noisy, even if you close the windows because the bar across the corner put the music on at night also the street is noisy but we choose a room in the city center so we are not complaining about it :)
