location is brilliant, rooms are very clean, nice & modern, you have breakfast at the heritage hotel literally around the corner which is the same every morning but defo worth going for. the host is brilliant, what ever we needed she sorted, recommendations for restaurants, trips, excursions, always on hand via WhatsApp. we had the shuttle bus from airport into city when we arrived only €8 each and very frequent & booked a transfer back as early morning flight to save the hassle €40, taxi driver met us at heritage hotel so we could grab some breakfast quickly then walked to his car a few minutes away. would defo recommend this accommodation.

finding the property on the first day but a bit of a hassle, as its on the third floor in an apartment block. only signage you see is when you enter the building, which is located down a back alley at the back of a restaurant. Head for the heritage hotel and it’s a minute walk from there, look right at front door, head to tunnel then right then sharp right and left. Centri rooms are located on 3rd floor so little bit of a walk with your cases (no lift) and rooms aren’t massive so would recommend unpacking cases (plenty of storage in cupboards) when arrive and placing cases out of the way by room door.

The room was very clean, and Bozena, the hostess, was a good communicator and a friendly person. There is coffee available 24/7, in a small shared area. We were there durng the high season and the Ultra Festival, and the place was quite lively. Anyone who wants to be in the middle of very active nightlife with several hundred people in their 20's drinking, laughing , and dancing in every nook and cranny of an old palace until 1 am would be happy. Good restaurants were very nearby, including pizza at La Fortuna and steak the Luxor.

The handy location was fabulous and quiet alleyway which had one eating place nearby but any noise was dampened completely with double glazed windows. Good communication and prompt responses on WhatsApp when we checked in late and messaged late about bag storage. Bed was comfy and it was nice to arrive to air-conditioning on. Coffee in the lobby was nice too.

The rooms were small but we didn't need it to be big. Hot water had small cylinder. I didn't think about it til it went Luke warm. Sorry hubby.

In the center of the old town, so I could enjoy walk the old town at night. Easy self check in at night. The owner kindly upgraded my room to the one with balcony. Everything necessary was provided. Coffee machine in the spacious lobby provided good coffee for free. I was kind of worried about it gets noisy at night as I could hear some voice from the street, but it was quite silent when I went to bed. Also towels were changed after a night.

Payment was only accepted by cash. Not big deal as the amount wasn't big for me. +1 if there is a kettle in a room, so I didn't have to go to the lobby every time. Unfortunately I didn't use the balcony as it was not really clean, and I found a big slug (no one's fault though).

We loved this place. The room was nice and clean, and bigger than what we had expected based on some of the reviews. Location is excellent, at the heart of the palace. The host, Bozena, was lovely. She sent us detailed directions prior to arrival so we found the place easily, and was available throughout our stay. You can help yourself to coffee pods in the reception area which we really appreciated as we drink a lot of coffee. We would happily stay here again when back in Split.

Location was perfect as you only need to go down to enjoy touring the Diocletian Palace, Old Town, and the Boulevard by the sea. There was also a square just a stone's throw away from the hotel where you can watch concerts during the weekend evenings. Short distance to go to the bus, train, or ferry station. Room was clean and modern. Window can be opened. Aircon was quiet. Staff was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Beddings and linens were fluffy. There was a small pantry where you can get tea and coffee 24/7.

The property is right on the central promenade, the heart of the old town, on the water. It is very modern and clean. The staff was VERY responsive, almost immediate replies. The bedroom window was operational and opened to let fresh air in the room. Dozens and dozens of restaurants, bars and shops are in the immediate area. Tuk tuks and pedal bikes close by, and the Ferry Port in walking distance. You couldn’t ask for more!

The bedroom was a bit small, but sufficient.

I had a one night stay here at the start of a trip, and whilst small, the room served all my needs for the night. The absolute best thing here is the staff. Bozena contacted me before my arrival date to give lots of help on how to locate the property, and once I was there, she was incredibly helpful when I needed to spend a little extra time in the room at check out. She was a wonderful host, and very generous with her time and local knowledge, making recommendations and giving advice.! Putside the rooms, the property has a comfortable seating area and great coffee as well as little treats lying around to which you can help yourself. It is very conveniently located in the heart of the old town and was perfect for my stay.

There is nothing really to dislike. If I had been staying longer, I might want a bigger room.

Great room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Everything was immaculately clean. It was a little hard to find, but I was given excellent directions. I would absolutely recommend this property. Just a couple of things to be aware of though...your credit card is for the hold only. Payment is cash or bank transfer. Also, it is right in the palace, which can be loud at night. Neither of those were an issue for me, but it's something you might want to keep in mind. Thank you for a great stay in Split!

Perfect location and lovely, clean, comfortable room. The bed was so great, best sleep I've had on my trip. I asked for personal check-in because I've had bad experiences with self check-in before but this was so well organised and clear I think I would have been absolutely fine even without a person there. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Split!
