Toni Palace is very well located, right in walls of the Diocletian Palace, in old town of Split, very close to restaurants and shops, the Ethnographic Museum is right around the corner, 2 minutes walk to Saint Domnius Bell Tower, Jupiter's Temple and other attractions. The rooms are big, as described in photos, very clean, the place is very safe, a little bit noisy just in the evening, not during the night, the tourists pass right under the windows on the narrow streets, but this is just in the evening, ear plugs you will find in the room. The bathroom is very spacious, a lot of room on the window still to place the toiletries, we got clean towels every day, the shower was spacious, the water flows with good pressure in the shower. No sockets near the bed, but there are two in the room, one in the bathroom. Very good communication with the host, we were waited for at the Bronze Gate, got help with the luggage, there are a few stairs to climb. It’s not easy to find the place without help, but Viola texted me, explained me the meeting point at the Bronze Gate and Mislav helped us with the luggage. The place is very safe, you get a card to open the doors. The breakfast is very good, I say some reviews about the breakfast, but the truth is the food was good, pretty much anything you want. You can arrange with them the hour of breakfast, to get fresh omelette or fried (eye) eggs. There is a kettle in the room, tea and instant coffee and a small fridge. Big tv screen. Nice touch lamps on the bedside tables. We also found a bottle of water. Sleepers in the closet and hangers. The place is clean and no noisy guests.

No safety deposit box

We were met by the lovely Viola who gave us advice on the best way to get there from the airport then looked after us during our stay by giving us more good advice at breakfast time. She provided beach towels and sun cream and recommendations for things to do. The location couldn’t be better, the room including the bathroom, was very clean with everything we needed. Comfortable beds too.

There was a little bit of noise outside but it was a Saturday night and we went to bed quite early! Also, they had provided earplugs which worked well. But this is a minor point which didn’t detract from our stay.

Centrally located in the heart of the Palace. Very helpful staff met us at the palace gate to show us the way (hard to find otherwise). No problem leaving bags after checkout for collection later. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Shower, air con and wi fi all good

Room a bit short of sockets for charging. Some breakfast items not the best quality. Lots of steps to get to the property, but that's the price you pay for the location.

Amazing location inside the palace walls. So many stairs but the room was a great size and the best bathroom (didn't realize that would be a thing but our Croatia bathrooms were mostly cramped and uncomfortable). Saw a host each morning at a very pleasant breakfast. Our room was quiet, no real view but the windows on the 3rd floor opened to a nice area. The door is off a quiet ally and everything fun is just a few steps away. Would love to stay again.

This place was hard to find the first time. Pay attention to the directions, then it's easy to get back to.

It's not easy to find as the location is in the middle of the palace area, which is amazing an very calm. Therefore it was very quiet - no cars are allowed in this area. We were the only guests but still they offered us a rich breakfast buffet. Also the deposit of our suitecases on departure day for some hours worked fine.

The woman who prepares the breakfast spoke from 7 am (into her phone or our of the window?) which was in our room (nr 1) very loud and annoying as we had planned to sleep a bit longer ;-)....

Staff brilliant; very accommodating. Violet Who sorted us out was great and everything including check in and out really good. Travelling as group of eight. Location so central but a bit difficult to find due to maze of streets in the Palace area. We headed for Leopard Bar and 50 metres from there. So good we are back there later this week. Rooftop view shows “old” Split which is great. Good value for money. Only 4 rooms and we had whole place - top floor so be aware there’s no lift but it’s a great place for a short stay.

The location is excellent 👌. It is one minute walking from the Peristil (main square of Diocletian's palace), the dungeons, and the Riva (promenade outside the city walls), but at the same time in a narrow, uncrowded side alley. At night, it can be obviously a bit noisy, due to the proximity to the Peristil. But this is very well manageable with some earplugs. In addition, our host, Violeta, gave us some very nice recommendations for tours and things to do in Split⛱️🗺️⛵☕. She was always available and very helpful, as was the entire staff. Doing the check in and check out was fast and smooth🙌. Overall, the service was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was varied, including fruits🍉🫒🍑🍌, sausages, cheese, bread, toast🍞, fried eggs🍳, French toast, cereals, yogurt, coffee☕, tea🍵, orange juice🍊, ensuring a good start of the day🌈🌞. Our hosts were very flexible regarding our tour plans. On days when we had to leave early, they prepared generous, tasty breakfast/lunch packages🥪🍴. Since one of us is vegetarian🥦, they adapted the packages to our preferences. We had room 4 (uppermost apartment). It is very spacious, clean and tidy. The apartment contains a large double bed, a sofa, a desk, a small fridge (minibar) and a lot of space for clothes in the closets. We even had a bathtub🛁. The view from the window towards the Marjan hill is fabulous🎇, especially at sunset🌄. The price for the apartment was more than fair🎀. In summary, we highly recommend Tony's Palace🥇.

The only thing is that it was a bit noisy during the night, but as mentioned it is because the apartment is located in the city centre closed to many touristic places.

Inside the city center, first time going there takes some navigation, but after that it is very easy. Staff is super friendly, with helping planning the trip, but also all other things. Rooms are super clean and are cleaned daily, super service.

No real drawback, but in the big room, because of the sloping roof, the shower is a bit more difficult for taller people (187cm), but still good.

Location is ideal: Right in the old city centre next to the palace wall. And it's a quiet location too! Room is spacious and clean. We had the top room. Breakfast is simple but tasty and will get you on tour way. Our host Viola was a delight and very helpful with insights of the city and it's surroundings.

Mislav, who checked us in and helped with carrying our luggage up the steps to our room, is an asset to the apartment owners. Convenience - you are inside Diocletian's palace.. AC is strong.

This would have been a miserable stay if not for Mislav, who helped carry our luggage to our rooms. Being inside the palace, windows open closely to your neighbors and can become claustrophobic.
