The staff are really nice and helpful, they helped with carrying our luggages when we arrived and when we left which is very important as the flats located in third and fourth floor without left. We loved the location and the terrace view with the shared kitchen, also the room itself was quiet convenient. 3 min nice walk to the supermarket, restaurants and ice cream on the each corner, 15 mins walkto the Bačvice beach (the only perfect sandy one for kids) and 10 min to the harbor to take a ferry to islands.

Although the location was great, you need to consider the noise at night even if you close both windows especially during the peak season, and missing the left also could be challenging for some families, in our case we had one peace stroller so they let us keep it on the first floor next to the main door( around 20 stairs) which was very good option at the end.

FANTASTIC location in the middle of the old town, right above from the main plaza area. Luka was exceptional at communicating and ensuring that our needs were met. Lovely shared facilities as well, such as the common kitchen and rooftop (with amazing view). We were also met at our drop off point (since cars cannot enter the old town) close to 11pm at night so we could be escorted to the property without being lost. 100% phenomenal property.

Not the fault of the property, but just be aware that this is on the 3rd/4th floor of a building with no elevator. Other than that, there is absolutely nothing to dislike about the property.

This place absolutely exceeded my expectations. Staff were amazing - we were allowed to check in early, and for check out, we were allowed to stay on the terrace until we had to leave (which was quite late!). The terrace had everything - kitchen, bathroom, power. The view from the rooftop = phenomenonal. The room was great but we only used it for sleeping. The bathroom was fully updated and the water pressure was awesome. 100% I would come back and stay at Banica. The location is fantastic and the security for the apartment was really good. I felt very safe during our stay.

Location, location, location!!! It’s in the best area of Split for sure The room was nice enough, basic but clean and had a safe, fridge, kettle and plenty of storage too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop balcony was cool to have a few drinks to watch the sunset. The communal area was cool but make sure you wash everything before you use it as some guests clearly think looking at a cup is enough to clean it :/

The shower wasn’t great but worked enough to have a decent shower. The WiFi was very hit and miss for us. The stairs is a proper workout if you’re on the 4th floor. You will definitely get your steps in. It’s not that we didn’t like it (we didn’t love it either) but for those with mobility issues may struggle.

This is a lovely apartment, right in the heart of everything worth seeing in Split. Step outside, turn right, walk a few steps through an idyllic alleyway- and you’re greeted by the most stunning sight in Split: the Peristyle Square of Diocletian’s Palace. A few more steps through the Vestibule, and you’re strolling along the gorgeous Riva promenade. Location-wise, it truly doesn’t get better than this. The apartment is managed by the kind, dedicated, and impressively organised Stela and Mirko. I never thought I’d experience Asian levels of hospitality in Europe — but this place absolutely delivered! My only gripe? I didn’t spend enough time there.

The Bonica Apartments was an excellent choice for our group of friends. We rented four rooms and couldn’t have been happier with the location, the cleanliness and the owner who went above and beyond. They had a common rooftop kitchen sitting area, which we utilized with having a glass of wine together at the end of our long days. Yes, there are stairs and lots of them so if you have mobility issues, it may be tough, but otherwise it was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend!

Fantastic location. Spacious and clean apartment in the heart of the town. Only a 4 -5 min walk from the port entrance. Ivan was fantastic and provided clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. He met us on site to assist us with taking our luggage up the stairs. He also provided information about the town and tour options. Also places to eat. The apartment has a communal undercover terrace and attached to that a kitchen. It is open to guests to make coffees or cook a meal. Above the covered terrace sits an open rooftop terrace with views of the water and old town. There was some noise at night from people coming home late down the street (but no doubt this can be heard from many apartments all over the town). Would stay here again.

A good place to stay in Split! The stuff, Ivan, who met and introduced us the hotel was kind and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. There also was an air conditioner in our room, which was really helpfull, especially during a heatwave. If it comes to facilities, we had a safe, a small refrigerator, a lot of towels, a TV with some croatian channels and a hair dryer, adding more comfort to the accommodation. There were no meals included, but kitchen on terrace was a perfect replacement for that. All in all, the views from the tarraces was marvelous as well as the hotel location.

We had a little problem with blinds (it was brocken). Ivan had told us they would do something with that during our stay, but they never did. It wasn't a big problem though, since the view from the window was just a street wall.

Great location in the middle of everything! The two terraces, the cozy kitchen and the view were great. Superfriendly young men who worked there and that we could discuss a lot with and get good tips from. Their English skills was superb! Cherries, candy and coffee/tea was offered for free, and you could iron clothes next to the kitchen if needed. Clean room. A fridge in the room, which was handy. Another chair and a bit bigger table would have been nice to have in the room, though.

Even though the location is great, it is not so great for sleeping. The building is right next to the church beells which rang very early on Sunday morning. I think at 6 and then again at 7.30. We had forgot about this so our first night was not so good. The following nights the church bells rang a bit later and we used earplugs. We get used to it and the bell has its charm😊 Our room was facing the pedestrian street so we heard people walking by in the morning as well. But I still recommend this place a lot! We went back there for coffee and to say hi at the end of our Croatia trip as well. Be aware that there is no elevator in the building but the staff helped us with our bags so this wasnt an issue for us. Would stay there again!

Lovely room and the views from the terrace was fantastic! The kitchen is catered with everything that you need and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure in meeting your cousin from Canada and she gave us lots of tips and recommendations on local cuisine, thank you ! 😊

It can get sometimes loud at night being in a city but we were able to sleep and enjoy the city vibe
