This review is for the two bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom with washer dryer “Penthouse” unit. It was a fabulous unit to stay for our group of two couples. It was located in one of the main centers and central to everything in Split. There’s about 50 steps to get up to the penthouse unit and then another staircase for one of the bedrooms. Toma and his associate met us when we arrived to carry our luggage at 11pm. Toma was also there to arrange excursions to Dubrovnik and the Krka waterfall and boating to the different islands. Breakfast was next-door at the central restaurant, which had a great selection and was so convenient. Recommend staying here as it’s super large, has all the conveniences of being in the home, centrally located, and great pricing!! The pictures on the website are 100% accurate as what it looks like inside!!

The apartment looked exactly or nicer that the pictures, it was just beautiful. Tomislav was our contact and he was amazing, really helpful with everything. The location is right in the old town, there is breakfast included, which is a nice buffet. The room is really amazing.

Nothing about the room could have been better,, it was great. We did have a car and parking is very hard, there is a surface lot about a five minute walk but it was full when we got there so we had to drive around, the host was very helpful, he came with us and we found a spot, but driving in Croatia was somewhat challenging, the highways are fine but the city roads are ridiculously narrow and winding, no guardrails.

The decor is stunning, in character with being part of the Diocletian Palace. It is a superb look with quality fittings, furniture and wonderful art work. Great shower, air con effective (it was 40 degrees whilst we were there so it was tested!) and beds are comfortable. The location cannot be beaten. Toma the manager welcomed us on arrival, helping with (heavy) bags and did the same farewelling us on departure. He was excellent, always available for advice and assistance - very personable. The breakfast can be taken a la carte at a delightful restaurant around the corner or if you prefer a buffet at another nice cafe a few more steps away but still close. Both were good. We enjoyed our stay!

Only minor things. We would have appreciated if beach towels were provided and we didn't have to buy them for the 4 of us for only one swim. Also recommend adding hand soap in the kitchen:)

The staff was so kind and thoughtful and willing to offer suggestions for meals and let us know about the nearby attractions. It was really fun to stay within Diocletions Palace walls. We could hear the music from the square, seek small breaks in the air conditioning during the heat of the day, get Gelato anytime we felt like it, and overall, the ambiance and vibe of the old town and Riva. Beautiful and comfy accommodations. An unforgettable view from the windows. Nice to have breakfast before starting our day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Split!

My only suggestion would be to offer a washcloth with the bath towels and hair conditioner with the shampoo. That would be really convenient and make the stay a bit more comfortable.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay in this beautifully restored historic building with modern amenities. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, location is in the center of old town, within the Diocletian palace, 5 minute from the Riva and the ferry, breakfasts at 3 choices of nearby restaurants were all delicious, Tomislav made check-in and out very easy with great communication. Highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the location and comfort of this apartment, and the attentiveness and kindness of the staff. I have traveled to 12 countries so far, and this hotel was the most comfortable. I also liked the breakfast cafe, and the duration of my stay was during the split festival, and it was also good to see the concert in the square right away in the living room of this house.

Showering in each room at the same time would cut off the hot water quickly, resulting in a cold shower. Maybe the whole building has a communal use of hot water boilers. Just, that part was a little uncomfortable.

Convenient location in the heart of the town. Easy walk to waterfront and restaurants.

Noise levels in the evenings when windows were open, but managed well with closing windows and turning AC on. First apartment we stayed in was a 4th floor walk-up, with a small elevator for luggage; AC was not working. Management moved us to 1st floor a few days later with good AC.

Very nice location and suite was comfortable. We were able to checkin earlier which was so nice since we had a toddler and also able to book another room to stay later in the evening since our flight was late at night. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Maybe turnover service with emptying trash and making the beds would be nice since we kept forgetting to take the trash with us.

We stayed in the Superior Apartment and it was an absolutely excellent location, with tons and tons of space. Everything was updated and beautifully done. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They were so so helpful, kind, and friendly. They went above and beyond multiple times to make us feel comfortable, help with all our luggage, give recommendations, etc. They even saved the brides wedding day by digging through the trash for her veil. I highly recommend you stay here!

Everything was excellent, no complaints.

Location is awesome (see photo of the view from the room). The apartment is spacious and felt like a museum. You can see the history on the walls. The washer/dryer was really handy! Toma was really helpful and flexible with arrival/leaving time changes, and was easy to get in touch with. I like that they message a day early to confirm. Was surprised that the street noise didn’t seep through the flat considering it’s pretty central. You can hear the church bells though, which i assume you’ll hear throughout town. There were 2 breakfast options, I preferred the one with the entry via an alleyway than the one in the square. But if you like people watching, breakfast at the square is probably your go to.
