The location of this place is unreal! Wherever we would wander in Split, it was always so easy to find, popping up around a corner! It was so handy and amazing to be right in the thick of it all! I thought it might be noisy at night but the windows were great at blocking sound. Our family room was very spacious. The communication from the hotel was fantastic and they were so helpful with any questions I had. The staff whilst we were there were very efficient and helpful and our room was cleaned every morning.

Very little! The only thing was that the sofa bed was quite thin, it was fine for my 10 year old, but would have been too uncomfortable for us or our teen. Also, would have liked more chairs.

The location is perfect to explore old town while also being convenient to the bus station. It was cleaned daily and spotless for the duration of my stay. Staff were polite and helpful. Note that this is more like a serviced apartment so there aren’t many hotel services however the value for money is great and it met all of my needs.

Everything was good for the price point. The only issue was I booked a driver to collect me from the airport (via hotel) and they didn’t show up. The driver tried to say it was me who was in the wrong, although he had my flight details so it would be easy enough for him to ensure he was there at the right time. Thankfully the hotel didn’t try to argue and took responsibility immediately, offering an apology, financial reimbursement and I believe they may have upgraded my room also. I was thankful for this as there’s nothing worse than poor customer service. In this case, the hotel did a great job at fixing the problem. Thank you!

The room and hotel are absolutely gorgeous and located in a perfect part of town. It is central to everything and right next to delicious breakfast spots. The family room exceeded our expectations. Would come back!

The staff was polite but not too friendly. I didn't appreciate that she said that we needed to pick up our luggage by a certain time because she switched shifts. This hotel should be able to watch bags 24/7 with no problem - especially with how nice it is. My one complaint! The rest was gorgeous.

It is a small hotel, rooms and reception desk only. The room was very spacious with a super comfortable bed, and the retro/antique style of decoration is very pleasant. Except for the room, the hotel doesn't offer anything else (It seems that the breakfast can be arranged with them, but there is plenty of choice outside). The position of the hotel is great, in the heart of the historic centre, and at one of the Split's most important squares. Also, the building is a historic building, shared with other mini hotels. Toileteries by L'Occitane are a classy touch. It was a good value for the money. If arriving by car, one should check earlier for the possibilities of parking space.

Generally, it was quite clean, but also, more attention to that is needed.

The hotel was in the heart of the old town, it couldn’t be more convenient, everything in the surrounding area is about a 2-4 min walk which is perfect. The room it self had a very posh and boutique feel to it, you can get great views from the windows. The shower we had was incredible. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early for free. Please note if your checking in and have a lot of luggage I recommend the lift, the reception is on the 3rd floor

The “hotel” is located at the third floor of an heritage place in the main square (“Piazza”, as is locally called. On the other floors there are other similar “hotels”, all 4* with clean rooms with a flair. The main pros is silence and fell at home, the main cons is the lack of a in-house breakfast. But given the location there are many many options literally next door

The room was amazing, spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was huge, as was the whole bathroom.

Only suggestion for improvement is to put WiFi information in the rooms (I couldn't find it and by the time I needed it there was no one at the front desk) and to give instructions for the AC. I turned it on to heating but it didn't seem to work. Neither of these were super important so the overall stay was excellent.

The location was excellent and the room was very large. It was perfect for a family that wanted to be in the same room. It was hard to see but basically there’s a little cove area where there is a twin bed, as well as a king size bed, and a pull out couch. There were a few hiccups when we first got there, but they were very fast at taking care of anything and everything. I really enjoyed this location.

I didn’t like the decor of the interior of the room, especially the flooring. But there was nothing wrong with it or old.

The hotel is on one of the prettiest squares in Old Town. We had a city view room and loved watching the world go by. The staff were helpful and the rooms were comfortable and roomy. The hotel is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. It is maybe a 5 minute walk from Riva and the taxi pickup point. Highly recommend if you want a central Split hotel.

We stayed in this hotel as part of our travels around Croatia. We chose this hotel primarily for the location for us to explore Split, and it delivered in spades. Great room, staff are excellent and very friendly with good knowledge and recommendations of what to see and where to go. If you are exploring Split I would highly recommend this hotel

We had a dirty towel in our room when we arrived but this was dealt with immediately with lots of apologies and a bottle of wine! Can't complain at all.
