Vlad is a wonderful host. He communicated very promptly, personally greeted us for check-in, and even helped us find a street parking spot close by. He made our stay in Split a very smooth and seamless experience. The Rooms are located in the center close enough to all attractions in the old town and the harbor. Our walk to the meeting place for our island hopping tour next day was only less than 5 minutes away, which was super convenient. We had three different rooms and all were provided plenty of supplies, including slippers. I didn't expected room service for our 2nd day stay as other apartments we stayed in Croatia/Europe. But it did! When we came back from a boat tour with dirty towels, what a nice surprise to find out we had fresh towels in the rooms! Bed is big and super comfortable. Shower was awesome. We stayed in four places in Croatia. This is the one with the best service and best value. Highly recommend it!

Super comfortable bed. In fact I had the best night of sleep in many years in this room! Part of that might have been the long, fun, exhausting boat excursion of the previous day, but honestly it was an incredible bed to come home to! Also, just great location, with responsive and friendly property management. Excellent shower and water pressure! Nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Would have been nice to have a table in the room. Tiny, weird frustration, but the room is equipped with an electric kettle with a cord so short (just a few inches) I couldn't find a surface to put it on where it could reach a plug.

Rooms Lejletul felt like staying in a boutique hotel, but with the flexibility and convenience of a self-service apartment. The space was stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The owner provided super clear check-in instructions (with helpful photos), making arrival smooth and stress-free. It’s located just a short walk from Republic Square and the heart of the Old Town, which made exploring easy and enjoyable. We parked outside the city at the public lot near Perivoj Zvončac park—just €7 a day—and took a quick Uber to the address the owner recommended. Everything about our stay was seamless. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located spot with thoughtful touches. Awesome stay!

Beautiful room in a perfect location in old town. Air conditioned and sound proofed well so we had a brilliant sleep even though it's a busy area. Vladimir was a fantastic host, helping us with our luggage, restaurant recommendations and travel tips. For the room quality, size, location and service it was great value, would definitely stay again.

Wasn't an issue for us but worth noting the shower in our room opened directly into the room so if you aren't comfortable with your travel companions this may be uncomfortable. Incredible shower though!

The hotel room was stunning, it was a convenient size and even though we didn't need it, the air con was a great addition. We have a view of the tower which come sunset and sunrise was stunning. The host was accessible over whats app and was very attentive to us when we arrived and checked out, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and all shower gel / toilet roll etc...was topped up daily.

I do not have any real dislikes, my only feedback would be that as a family the privacy was difficult due to the layout of the room. I would suggest some sort of light curtain that can be closed between the spare bed area / shower and the main bed area. Also a hook inside the shower area would have been really handy. This is hopefully helpful suggestions but overall no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at Rooms Lejletul. The room was beautifully stylish, spotless, and very comfortable. Located right in the city center, it was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see and do. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the rain shower was very nice. The communication with Vladimir was very clear and efficient, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated the option for a late check-out, which was very convenient since our flight was later in the day. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look back on a wonderful trip!

Vladimir was THE BEST!!! He changed the shower mixer one hour after we let him know it was broken, he replaced the broken refrigerator in a minute, he even brought me my phone when I forgot it in the room. Thank you soo much Vladimir for making our stay even better 🙏

The fact that there isn’t any lift but that’s the way with the buildings in the center and the parking which is awful in Croatia in general.

The host was very welcoming and professional. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my parents and me. For those planning to book a room for three, I recommend emailing the hotel directly, as the messaging function on Booking.com did not convey my request. Although the host was initially unaware of it, they provided an extra bed immediately. The room's view was also exceptionally beautiful and the location was great as well.

I liked everything! However, it is good to be aware that there's a club nearby, and the noise from the music and people can be quite loud even after 10pm. It didn't bother me much since I can sleep well with the noise, but it's something to consider!

The room was pretty, clean, and remarkably quiet. It is a perfect room for anyone who is spending most of thier time exploring. The location was perfect for walking basically anywhere in Split, you are minutes from the Riva, step out your door and you have 12 resturants within arms reach, shopping is all around you.

Around 1am it could get loud.

Great location right in the city center. A lot of restaurants and historic streets nearby. The host was fantastic, resolving any questions or issues within minutes. Extra kudos for having two sinks - appreciated when traveling with a partner. Looking at some other reviews mentioning noise - we didn’t hear any at night (with closed windows though, but why opening them when it's hot outside and you have AC :D ). Highly recommend!
