The hotel room was stunning, it was a convenient size and even though we didn't need it, the air con was a great addition. We have a view of the tower which come sunset and sunrise was stunning. The host was accessible over whats app and was very attentive to us when we arrived and checked out, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and all shower gel / toilet roll etc...was topped up daily.

I do not have any real dislikes, my only feedback would be that as a family the privacy was difficult due to the layout of the room. I would suggest some sort of light curtain that can be closed between the spare bed area / shower and the main bed area. Also a hook inside the shower area would have been really handy. This is hopefully helpful suggestions but overall no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at Rooms Lejletul. The room was beautifully stylish, spotless, and very comfortable. Located right in the city center, it was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see and do. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the rain shower was very nice. The communication with Vladimir was very clear and efficient, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated the option for a late check-out, which was very convenient since our flight was later in the day. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look back on a wonderful trip!

The host was very welcoming and professional. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my parents and me. For those planning to book a room for three, I recommend emailing the hotel directly, as the messaging function on Booking.com did not convey my request. Although the host was initially unaware of it, they provided an extra bed immediately. The room's view was also exceptionally beautiful and the location was great as well.

I liked everything! However, it is good to be aware that there's a club nearby, and the noise from the music and people can be quite loud even after 10pm. It didn't bother me much since I can sleep well with the noise, but it's something to consider!

Great location right in the city center. A lot of restaurants and historic streets nearby. The host was fantastic, resolving any questions or issues within minutes. Extra kudos for having two sinks - appreciated when traveling with a partner. Looking at some other reviews mentioning noise - we didn’t hear any at night (with closed windows though, but why opening them when it's hot outside and you have AC :D ). Highly recommend!

The host, Vladimir, is very friendly and accommodating. He helped to carry the bags up the stairs and also helped when I needed to make some changes to my booking. Location was on the "main street" which makes it really convenient and easy to located.

One of the rooms is not the best in terms of layout - we booked 3 rooms in total. The stairs, everyone talks about it, just be sure you are aware when you book.

Very well appointed and clean, fantastic amenities. Vladimir was a fantastic host, he did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. If you’re thinking of staying in split, ensure you stay here! It’s a perfect location and ideal base during your stay. There is nothing bad to say about our stay.

First, Vladimir was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. I felt like I had an instant friend in Croatia. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. My daughter and I really liked the bathrobes. That was a special touch. The location is the best if you want to be near all the restaurants and shops. Make sure you are ok walking up stairs if you want to book here! It was a lovely experience for us!

Great location, very stylish and clean in the heart of old town Split. Quality furnishing and plenty of space for 3-4 people to rest comfortably. Soundproofing was good, we never heard noise from the street or other guests. Host was very friendly and helpful, responsive on WhatsApp and checked in to make sure things were ok. We appreciated the refresh of the room with new towels and beds made without even asking. Rituals toiletries are provided, hair dryer, clothes rack with hangers, slippers, plenty of towels, and tea and coffee supplies with kettle are also available.

It’s not a negative, but be aware that property is on the 4th floor so elderly or people with mobility issues may have trouble with the stairs (about 100 of them).

Rooms Lejletul was perfect for our four day stay in Split. The location, cleanliness and size of the room far exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, Vladimir was responsive and friendly in all communication. We stayed over a weekend and street noise did pick up. It might be an issue for sensitive sleepers. But it really did not bother us. The windows work well and we were very pleased to be centrally located.
