Vila Baguc was located very near to the city center, we had to walk only a few minutes to the port, old town etc. The room was spacious enough and beds comfortable. We also had extra pillows. The breakfast was very good, especially because of Paula, who kept us company during the breakfast and was very interested in us. We had a nice conversation every morning, she gave us tips on where to go in Split and answered every question that we could think of. In the end she even gave my colleague medicine for a cold she developed on our last day. Paula was amazing!

We very much liked the building and the room. The room was large and nicely decorated. It is quiet at night and you can close the shutters to keep the light out. It is in a great location, right in the centre of town, and at the same time in walking distance to peaceful beaches. We had interesting conversations with the staff and the other guests at breakfast. The recommendations for dinner were great.

The bed was very uncomfortable to us, which is why we didn't sleep so well. Also, the floor wasn't very clean. For our departure to the airport, we booked the driver that the Vila Baguc regularly works with, expecting a prudent driver with a nice car. Both was not the case. It was actually one of our worst taxi experiences ever, the driver was absolutely ruthless. We strongly recommend to book a regular taxi or get an Uber, it will be safer and cheaper.

Very flexible, Paula was very helpful and kind. Location was good as well. It was quiet place, which was good.

There was nothing I need to complain. Super 10+ I do recommend this bed & breakfast really.

Cosy room under the roof with a nice view over the adjacent gardens. The bed was comfortable. Pero gave us an exceptionally warm welcome, taking a lot of time to introduce us to Split, its history and the main sights. We had nice chats with Paula over breakfast, which was simple but tasty, with local products of high quality.

The reception, which is in a different building, doubles as breakfast room. It could get crowded when all guests appeared at roughly the same time.

Very nice breakfast and very close to old town and breakfast. Good restaurant recommendations. Split was a very nice city and with a little walking you can enjoy the whole peninsula!

Had a few issues with the mini-split A/C leaking water.

Everything was perfect : the room, location ( pedestrian area to go to the old town , carpark one minute away, quite cheap too!) , great breakfast prepared by Paula who is very efficient and helpful.

The rooms are beautiful. All details thought of. The staff really are the best. Pero spent time to really point out great places to eat, walk and things to do, the history of Split etc. Paula who organised and provided breakfast was wonderful. We had many laughs together over morning coffee. I felt so good coming back there after our exploring. Wonderful location, right near the National theatre, buses, great local restaurants. Just up from Riva so a bit quieter which was lovely. Can’t wait to go back and would highly recommend.

no elevator so you have to take your luggage up stairs you have to turn on the water heater all the time and thats it

The B&B is perfectly located in the old town of split! Everything is in walking distance. Parking on the road or a parking lot is also available close to the B&B in walking distance. Staff is very friendly and has good recommendations for restaurants. Good Breakfast.

Nothing to complain!

The location was amazing and the personal service we received was top notch, the host even managed to find us free parking. The chance to stay in a historic Veli Varoš house was something I looked forward to, and it did not disappoint.
