I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries, fresh linens, and a well-stocked minibar. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet at night. What truly made the stay exceptional was the attention to detail and the friendly, helpful host who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-quality accommodation. A truly memorable experience!

The owner's hospitality was excellent, the room was beautiful, smelled great and equipped with every comfort, everything thought out down to the smallest detail, I even had the breakfast corner with a coffee machine and capsules of all kinds and chocolates, a fridge with water, the wonderful bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and personal hygiene products, when I left I was sad to leave that room, I will recommend the stay at City and Style Luxury Rooms Split to all friends and relatives, compliments to the owners who do their job with passion ❤️

The property is located only 10 minutes walk from the city center. The owner Filip was very welcoming and helpful. He met us at checkout and helped with everything. The room has everything you might need. It is very clean, the bed is comfortable with perfectly white bedding and amazing mattress and pillows. The towels were changed upon request and they are white and soft. It is a block of 3 rooms with common corridor. I liked the keyless system. You just need a password to enter your room. Filip assured that they change after each guest, so it was 100% safe. There was a tank with drinking water in the corridor which was amazing. The breakfast is served in the hotel across the road. And it is exceptional. They offer everything you might think of, salads, fruits, cheeses, ham, backery, deserts, coffee, juices, 3 types of eggs. We are very pleased with our stay and we recommend you this property. It is 10/10

The entrance to the property might confuse you as it confused me, but the property was exceptional, so it didn’t bother us later.

We had the best time in Split and the accommodation was definitely part of the amazing experience. Filip has been a fantastic host, getting in touch via WhatsApp in advance was helpful when planning the arrival. We came by car and Filip reserved a parking for us just around the block where there are some free-of-charge parking spots. The apartment itself is super modern, clean, fresh; looked like we were the first ones to stay in it. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Complimentary water and coffee machine, free Wifi and Smart TV provided. The location is great, supermarket and bakery next door if needed and Split old town is only a 10-Minute walk away.

Loved the size, decor and luxurious feel of the apartment. It was recently fully renovated and was well-appointed, including treats! Our generous host Filip, picked us up from the bus terminal and helped us with our luggage. The location was ideal, particularly if you have a car, because they are not permitted inside the old town. Alternatively, it’s an easy 7 minute walk into the walled-historical centre. The breakfast choices were extensive because breakfast was included in the four-star hotel across the road. We spent five nights in the apartment and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Bed was comfortable. Room and access was easy and secure and. Quiet. It was a little hard to find with gps, but owner was fantastic with help with entry and parking. If you're driving, parking is a challenge, but owner has access to hotel lot for 15 euro/ nt. Refrigerator was a plus, though small, and Nespresso coffeemaker kick started the AM nicely. Location was tops. A 7 min walk to Diacletions palace and 20 min to beach. Great stay. Would recommend. Thanks.

A bit hard to find with gps. Sign was in a recessed entry next to small casino on corner of a main street. Owner was awesomely responsive with help with entry.

The room was in an ideal location about a 10 min walk from the old town and across the road from a bus station giving us access to many of the top places to visit. The room itself was impecable! Definitely matching the high standards of any 4 star hotel and more! Our hosts, Filip & Ivana were most kind and attentive, calling regularly to arrange a time to clean our room and checking to see if we required anything. They very kindly offered to store our luggage on the last day and allowed us to stay in the room longer than checkout time as we had a late flight and their following guests were arriving later. As per the recommendation of Filip, we had a scrumptuous breakfast each day in the beautiful Corner Hotel just across the road where the staff, under the guidance of the wonderful Jadra, were most friendly and treated us as if we were their own guests. I would highly recommend a stay in City & Style Luxury Rooms, Split for a most pleasant experience and wonderful holiday destination.

Really beautifully appointed bedroom and bathroom very clean and the owner thought of a lot of extra touches like providing confectionery and charging cables. Filip was a very helpful and gracious host and helped us take our suitcases to the room.

Would have been good if they provided a shower cap like all hotels do and provided daily housekeeping e.g. make bed and empty garbage. My wife was surprised there was no shower cap. I think for the price charged AU$300 per day which does not include parking these things should be provided as well.

Location was excellent - very close to city bus terminal. It was a 10 minute walk to old town so easy access to shops, restaurants and historical buildings. The room felt luxurious. Beautifully furnished with a lot of thoughtful amenities like the usual bathroom things but even has extra chargers, complimentary drinks and sweets. Host was always available and helpful.

The apartment room itself was truly remarkable. Situated in a central location within walking distance to the city center, it offered convenience and accessibility like no other. Without a doubt, I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment room to anyone visiting Split.
