Breakfast was superb with plenty of food and drink to choose from. The staff were very attentive too and replenished food very quickly. We're impressed with how fresh the doughnuts and pastries were too. Kristina in reception was particularly helpful and friendly to us. We appreciated her advice on which beach to go to and we loved relaxing and going for a swim on Kasjuni beach.

Unfortunately, the air con wasn't working in the gym during our stay. So it made it hard for us to stay in the gym to work out much longer. Also, it was a bit frustrating we couldn't use the steam/saunas till after 12pm. We were out during the day and coming back home late, we couldn't take advantage of using these spa facilities.

We had a great time all round in Split. The annex building was a lovely short stay option! The bed was huge and super comfortable, shower was roomy, and the water pressure was amazing. Enough storage for a few nights in the room. The annex was so secure and quiet. We knew there were people in the rooms, but you never heard a thing. You had full access to hotel facilities, and the roof pool and sun loungers were great, not crowded as there were levels of loungers. The hot tubs were a fab surprise. Breakfast was what you needed, hot and cold options, pastries, flavoured waters, coffee options, there's something for everyone. The staff were lovely at all times, attentive but never invasive, would help for any questions. Location was great, bus stops close, a 20 minute walk down to Riva, close enough that your in the heart of the town but not close enough to hear the nightlife after hours. Perfect for us.

We would definitely try book a room with a balcony next time.

The rooftop pool was very peaceful and a lovely space to enjoy some down time after exploring. A lovely breeze and quiet background music made it a very relaxing space. Everything was immaculately clean. Breakfast was varied and very enjoyable. Excellent service everywhere from pool bar staff, to restaurant, cleaning and reception staff.

We didn’t have a balcony due to being in the Annex side of the hotel. It would have been nice, but I’d still stay in the same accommodation again. It’s not a big issue.

We stayed in the annex which was only 10ft away from the main building so was perfect for using all the hotel facilities like the gym, sauna, pool ect. The accommodation was a great location, about a 10 minute walk from split old town. Breakfast was great and the Prosecco was a lovely surprise! All staff were very friendly and helpful! Beautiful views from the rooftop pool area!

We booked the Annex building, but got free upgrade to the main building (Art Hotel) - the location is good, 15-20 minutes walking to city center. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the neighborhood. - the hotel offers free private parking, but it may be difficult to find a spot if you coming late - the breakfast is good - good facility, especially the swiming pool is good for children. there is also fitness, but we did not get time to use.

- There is bathtub in the room, but we cannot use it; only shower possible - when using shower in the bathtub, we got water on the floor, annoying.

First of all, both receptionists Kristina and Mia were very friendly, hospitable and accomodating! The property is very well maintained and its location is good as the old city is within a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The facilities are superb, especially the wellness and fitness centre with the spa and the rooftop pool too. The breakfast buffet is very generous, with plenty of variety and deliciously prepared foods. All in all, a great place to stay whilst exploring the beautiful city of Split and its surroundings!

The pool area is definitely the highlight – very clean and well maintained – and the jacuzzi is a great bonus for relaxing. There is also a sauna and gym. Parking is included for free. When I requested a fan, the staff quickly provided one, which I really appreciated.

The breakfast could use some improvement as it’s not the best I’ve had. The pillows were also not very comfortable.

The room was clean. They had a really good jacuzzi and sauna along with a gym. The restaurant was really good we had dinner once and it was really nice. Breakfast had a lot of options.

We called the service because while cleaning they forgot to put back the towels. I called them multiple times so that we don't have towels they said all staff members are busy and they would come once they are free. No one came finally I saw a staff member in the corridor and requested them to give us towels.

We loved the cleanliness, breakfasts & facilities. Staff were friendly & helpful. The rooftop pool was better than expected. Beds and pillows so comfy, hotel quiet & no over loud music at poolside. Lots of local cafes & restaurants. A reasonable walk down to Marina. Uber and bus service in Split, fantastic.

The coffee was pretty awful & machine sugar syrup juices. However, natural flavoured water with fruit option which was great. A better option of teas/ coffee in room & milk be good.

This hotel is in a lovely area if you're looking to get away from the tourist trap but within easy walking distance of the main sites. We walked through the neighbourhood at night and felt totally comfortable and there were excellent, more authentic bars and restaurants all around. The facilities are gorgeous, the finish of everything was top notch and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also great with everything you could possibly need to set you up for a day in the city. Easy link to the airport via the local bus service too.

Only slight complaint would be no tea and coffee facilities in the room. We're fans of a morning cuppa in bed so it's personal preference. There is an in room fridge though which is fantastic for keeping essential water cold!
