The location is great - close to local supermarkets, the market, the beautiful plaza with lots of restaurants and shops. Also a short 10 minute walk to Bacvice beach. Also close to buses to access other parts of town and other beaches. Close to the bus station that can take you to other cities. Check in and check out was easy.

The shower leaked in to the bathroom. We stopped it by putting a towel in the shower door. Also, don't leave any food out - ants will come!

Really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were lovely & modern. Staff were super helpful and the location was not a far walk from the Old Town and local shops and restaurants.

Really wish they’d warned us about how bad the ants could get because of the location, whilst it was completely our fault for leaving a piece of food out (in packaging), we ended up with an ant infestation. The staff were so great in getting it cleared up but a heads up would have been nice! I also think small amenities like a kettle & mugs would have made it more comfortable.

Well located, comfortable rooms. Clean and well maintained

Not constantly monitored at reception, no food available at the rooms, no elevators so guests have to carry bags for the flight ot stairs outside and inside, Can put grab bars by the outside stairs for ease.

Very close to the city center, 5 min walking distance. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Checking in is easy by key safe. Parking is along the street, maybe not easy in busy hours but we were lucky and found it quite close.

They should take more care of some minor details like the soap/shampoo in the bathroom, the phon not working and the TV remote without batteries

It was a very short walk to the old part of the town. The room was modern and comfortable. Our private garden was very nice.

This is not the hotel's fault of course but parking is very difficult. We had to unload outside the hotel, blocking access to other vehicles and a crossing then park some distance away.

We stayed one night at this property, and what a shame we couldn’t stay longer. It was recommended by our friends who were visiting last year, and we will be forever grateful for the tip. It’s a hidden gem. It’s inside city center, just few minutes of walking distance to Diocletian palace. It’s budget friendly, and pets friendly as well! We are traveling with dog, and the private terrace we had was a heaven for her (and for us too!). It’s so quiet, and peaceful, even thought is located so centrally. Room is spacious, beds are so comfortable. Cleaning is on the point, as well as the host who was kind and helpful, and easy to reach anytime. I cannot find anything wrong with this property, and for sure I will recommend it to all my friends. Clean, modern design, quiet, near to the all must see landmarks, and to all restaurants… it’s just perfect.

The location was perfect - close to the center but far from the noise from the tourists. Also, the beach Bacvice is very near so you can swim every day. The staff - Doris and Veronika are the perfect hosts, helpful and friendly so every technical organization went smoothly. The rooms are very spacious and the building is new or renovated so it is very modern. There is an option that you can leave your luggage before or after check in so you can enjoy without your suitcases.

The place, as most of the places in Split is reachable only by stairs (not elevator) so this can be a problem if you are not in a good shape or if you are full with baggage. Also, they can put something like coffee machine for the mornings because you must go outside to buy coffee. There can be more facilities like glasses for drinking water and more TV channels.

Large, comfortable, clean room, with spacious shower in bathroom. Perfect walking distance from old town. Safe neighbourhood, and close to two supermarkets. Room has a fridge. Host Doris was very helpful, providing a detailed map and explanation of best things to do/see in Split.

Split is expensive, and this room is no exception. I would expect more services (kitchen, laundry, common areas) for this price point - however it is all as advertised.

Very clean and lovely rooms. Excellent location and really helpful, responsive staff.

No lift, but only one floor up. Blinds didn't lift on one side of window in one room. Unable to use smaller shower head and water sort of poured off top of larger shower head. Floor outside shower got really wet as a result!

Comfy beds, wonderful bathroom, super clean. Luxurious feeling. Very cute light fixtures. The receptionist and cleaning lady are very helpful and their English is perfect.

The room doesn't have curtains, so if the shutters have a little defect, like ours, light will still come in in the morning. This could bother people who are sensitive to light.
