T did excellent orientation and customized her recommendations for our inquiries for local specialty dining and the best things to do with our free time. She also pointed out things in the adjacent non-tourist area of town. Krka Natl Park per the early bus to see waterfalls and line up the 2nd boat trip to the monastery selling island olive oil went well. Klis Castle per bus also was easy peasy and fun. Super Recommendations! Quiet neighborhood. Delightful property with balconies. Great bed and bath and robes. This is worth the uphill walk a few extra blocks out of the way of the cruise ship crowds and tour groups. Eating at Michelin Šug restaurant and the daily 'Merenda' offerings was wonderful. Enjoyed the beaches South of this area of the city. 6 blocks walk to most things. Worth it.

We loved everything, including its location a bit away from the main tourist town. If you don't like uphill walking for a few blocks, this isn't your place. It has a fine elevator once you are there.

The studio was much bigger than I anticipated and was clean, modern, and very comfortable. There are wild Peacocks that run around the neighborhood and were entertaining. The location was fantastic, only a 10 minute walk to Old Town. We rented a car and I was able to park in the building for an additional fee, but that was very convenient since you cannot park in Old Town and nearby parking is very expensive. We stayed in 4 different hotels in Croatia and they were the only hotel with soft towels. All the others felt like sandpaper! The manager was great and checked in on us throughout our stay. I highly recommend Residence by Vestibul Palace.

All communications with the staff at the property were quick and concise. Antonia was great on reception and made us feel very welcome after a very early start in the UK. The location was perfect, a short walk uphill from the old town. The apartment was huge, clean and well appointed. Loved staying here, it was an extremely relaxing start to our holiday. Loved listening to the local peacock population too. Well done to Residence, would definitely recommend to friends, and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Our apartment was superb. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. What's not to like? Plenty of space everywhere and a great size balcony. A toaster would be handy but wasn't worried about not having a coffee machine like other people seem to be. The apartments are in a residential area and so not that near to a breakfast place or restaurants in the evening but for two of us this didn't matter so much. However, the location was slightly difficult for the third person. Alright walking down into the centre of Split but walking back up again was sometimes a problem as the building is on a higher level and there are no buses nearby. A great place to stay otherwise.

We loved our 2 apartments. Brilliant stay in Split. The location was excellent and the staff were very accommodating with any questions we had. We highly recommend staying here.

Not a dislike but would have liked a toaster and maybe some oil for cooking with the pan.

The apartment was spacious, got a big lounge and bathroom. It was spotlessly clean. The housekeeper came to clean up our room every day (though we did not need it). It took around 15-20 mins to the Split bus station, pier and major attractions. The greeting staff was friendly. She explained everything to us clearly. It has a lift which is good. We enjoyed our stay there.

Quite noisy nearby, mainly caused by the cars passing by and peacocks. We like animals so did not mind the peacocks. Don't try to take shower one after another. Warm water would only be sufficient for 1 person and it took another 30min to heat up again. This is not a problem of this apartment. We found out most of the apartments we stayed in Croatia are using the storage electric water heater.

Love the neighbourhood very quiet, within walking distance to the old town. Very clean and spacious, exactly the same as pictures! Love the peacocks in our balcony 😁

the place was tidy, clean and very nice. The admn of the flat was very helpful from day one and helped us a lot. We had a quite, pleasured,enjoyable days at that place and even if I try to find any mistakes , I can't do it, as everything was fine. The only reason I have a "fair" in one of the question/ comment above was because of non availablity of Uber near the house,and one needs to walk and wait, and sometimes don't get the uber taxi right near the house. It was spacious and had everything we needed. We also liked the privacy and quiet neighborhood. We also liked that we could visit the Vestibul Palace hotel in the palace during the day to freshen up, get some water, or rest a little - that was an added bonus. And finally, the people were terrific, both at the Residence and at the Vestibul Palace.

In retrospect, the location was just a little bit farther away from center of town than ideal, so we found ourselves not going back and forth between the Residence and town center as we thought we would. This location convenience is the only tradeoff that we made in selecting the Residence that we would think about for next time, but the quietness and value tipped the scales for us. Overall, the Residence was a very good choice and it worked out well.

This is not directed at Residence by Vestibul Palace, but the offer of free airport pick-up was disappointing in that I couldn't get the same service from the ferry dock, which was much closer to the Residence. I signed up for the pick-up service at the time of my booking thinking the ferry dock pick-up would get worked out, instead, I was denied ferry dock pick-up and could not cancel the service and got numerous emails asking for my "flight number" without any other option provided, like canceling the pick-up, so I think someone got charged for the airport pick-up (but not me) despite it not being needed. I say this because I later got asked about how my airport pick-up experience was.
