Our stay in Split, Croatia, was made exceptional by this wonderful hotel room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant town center, allowing us to easily explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room itself was cozy and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. It was equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and reliable Wi-Fi. What truly set this experience apart was the host's incredible hospitality. Super friendly and easy to work with, the host provided clear check-in instructions and excellent local recommendations. They were always available for any questions, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay, and we look forward to returning to this delightful spot in Split for a longer visit next time. Highly recommended!

This is a simple boarding house essentially for a few nights' stay. I enjoyed my time. The bed was comfortable and the property was near everything that I needed. Close to town, Diocletian's Palace and a number of amenities.

It would have been nice if the property had at least a mini fridge. However, this did not detract from my stay.

The room was large, beautiful and very clean. Location was also great since it was a short 10 min walk to the historic centre. Was very happy each room had AC since I visited during a high heat period. Communication with the proprietor, Petra, was also quick and easy. She helped arrange a taxi to the airport on my last day. Would definitely stay here again.

Could have been better priced, parking was too expensive 15 euros per day. They should give better pricing for the parking.

Paid parking was right in front of property. The property was secured and very well maintained. Digital security code to get in and out was great since we didn't have to carry multiple keys. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Decor was more of a modern hotel room. Our host was very helpful and accomodating to our needs.

Very nice rooms in a good spot very close to Split old town. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Service was excellent and check-in/out easy. Well suitable for a group of three couples.

was no breakfast. The room was not very big but was nice. With bad and toilet. For all rooms, there is a big balcony where you can smoke. There is a parking place for 15 Euro/day.

No posibility to prepare Breackfast, in the near 300m. there are a lot of cafeterias.All the others are ok. No problems.

Building itself with terrace was a nice bonus. Room and bathroom was stylish as expected and clean.

Noise when other guests entering and leaving their rooms can be loud and disturbing. Double door or other sound sealing solution for the rooms would be beneficial.

Fantastically friendly and helpful staff, great location for old town.

A bit intimidating in the streets around - people scavenging in bins, litter, graffiti, people loitering around the motorbike.
