Perfect location, very comfortable matress, duvets, pillows, coffee in the room, parking in front of accommodation, all needed facilities and comfort. Very clean and luxury. Keyless rooms (lock with code only). Hospitable host with all information provided in advance. If I visit Split, I will definitely choose same place.

Not that it is negative, but the glass fitted bathroom could be a bit disturbing if you are not a couple or very close friends. The third bed (sofa) not as comfortable as the big double bed.

Our stay in Split, Croatia, was made exceptional by this wonderful hotel room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant town center, allowing us to easily explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Super friendly and easy to work with, the host provided clear check-in instructions and excellent local recommendations. They were always available for any questions, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. This is a simple boarding house essentially for a few nights' stay. I enjoyed my time. The bed was comfortable and the property was near everything that I needed. Close to town, Diocletian's Palace and a number of amenities.

It would have been nice if the property had at least a mini fridge. However, this did not detract from my stay.

The room was large, beautiful and very clean. Location was also great since it was a short 10 min walk to the historic centre. Was very happy each room had AC since I visited during a high heat period. Communication with the proprietor, Petra, was also quick and easy. She helped arrange a taxi to the airport on my last day. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the clear and concise communication with the host and how they answered all of my questions in advance. The room is elegant and cosy and they had my favorite nespresso machine which was a big bonus. For me everything was perfect and will definitely come back if I have the chance. Thanks Petra!

Location was a 12 minute walk to the main Promenade

Could have been better priced, parking was too expensive 15 euros per day. They should give better pricing for the parking.

Paid parking was right in front of property. The property was secured and very well maintained. Digital security code to get in and out was great since we didn't have to carry multiple keys. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Decor was more of a modern hotel room. Our host was very helpful and accomodating to our needs.

Very nice rooms in a good spot very close to Split old town. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Service was excellent and check-in/out easy. Well suitable for a group of three couples.

was no breakfast. The room was not very big but was nice. With bad and toilet. For all rooms, there is a big balcony where you can smoke. There is a parking place for 15 Euro/day.

No posibility to prepare Breackfast, in the near 300m. there are a lot of cafeterias.All the others are ok. No problems.
