Staff were exceptional rooms spotless & well serviced very pleasant atmosphere

Breakfast is very continental could do with baked beans mushrooms or fried tomato evening buffet is good but a bit on the cold side maybe a microwave oven would be a good addition the walk down to the city some say 15 minutes I think for us older folk it's more like 30 minutes the walk back is tougher as it's up hill a taxi back is expensive at 27.00 euro

No snacks available at the Swimming pool area. The biggest disappointment was that even though no snacks are available at the pool side bar you are not allowed to your own snacks to the pool area. Not even to eat away from the pool by the table and seating area. We moved away to the table seating area to eat a packet of crisps and told we were not permitted to eat them. This after buying a can of Coca Coma from the bar and being allowed to drink this.

Location was good - we could walk into the old town in 15 minutes. We liked the rooftop pool, big sunbathing area and hot tubs. It was great to have this area to unwind and relax after sightseeing. Breakfast was very nice - a good sized buffet, everything was very tasty.. The room was very big and clean. The staff were helpful and polite.

The location was okay. after a long day the last thing we wanted to do was walk back. the floor in the room was wooden and made a cracking noise every time you stepped on it. really annoying if needing to get up in the night. the view from our balcony wasn’t great either.

I loved the staff and how exceptional they were with all my requests. I'm by no means a comoilated guest, but even all the staff (the reception, the restaurant, and the cleaning staff) were extremely approachable and willing to assist. The location is another good thing. While not in the dead center of the city, the hotel is positioned perfectly in the middle, walking distance to everything I needed. Diocletians Palace was a short 15 minute walk away, and so was the Sports Centre Poljud. I'll sleep here again for sure.

The staff , in particular Sonja (hope I spelt that right), were amazing, nothing was a problem, they gave great tips for where to eat, to adventure to and even facilitated us with beach towels on our last day. The food was great, rooms immaculate and cleaned daily, and the rooftop infinity pool/jacuzzi was ideal for chilling ! We can't wait to come back , thanks again Sonja, odhrán and Sinéad !!!!

Staff were a bit unprofessional, could not recommend restaurants or drinks at the bar. Breakfast did not have much fresh fruits.

The price of the hotel room was reasonable. We only stayed there one night. Their check in would have been only 15 p.m. and we called them early same day and asked whether earlier check in is possible. When we went to the Hotel at 11 a.m. they already had a nice, cleaned room for us. Also, welcoming to hotel was very friendly. We had a very early check out in the morning and when asking about breakfast, they packed a generous lunch box for us to eat on the way. This came for free, as we had paid the breakfast in hotel price. This hotel suits also for those with limited mobility.

Good breakfast. Rooms clean and confortable if a little bland. Pool area small and busy, but good view. A good walk out of town, not a problem but be aware.
