The location was exceptional. The room was very comfortable. The balcony was excellent. There was a reception desk which is a big benefit in a let like this. The bathroom was huge, clean and nice.

The vibes were a bit strange checking in on a Sunday evening. The hotel reception is for a neighboring hotel, it is on the top floor of a shopping center which has some disused floors. It was sort of hard to find on the Sunday because the shopping centre was closed. It is worth being aware of, check-in instructions would have helped.

We arrived very late (due to delayed flight) and the ‘sister hotel’ nirvana rooms uses for check in purposes is above a very busy club. It was quite stressful trying to find out how to check in amongst hundreds of youths queuing in front of the shopping mall entrance. That being said the gentleman who met us very late was polite and walked us to our apartment so we thank the staff. Just bear in mind not an easy check in if you’re arriving early ours of the morning!! The apartment itself was lovely, we really liked the feel very fresh and nicely decorated. Shower could have been a bit cleaner, but good facilities and location.

The room was like a studio, comfortable,airy , sunny and clean, had a huge bed and beautiful views from both the windows and the terrace. The owners were kind and communicated well via text if we needed anything,we had clean sheets and bath towels changed every second day . We stayed for 9 days and felt very comfortable in the room while everything else was at the doorstep, supermarket downstairs,lots of beautiful restaurants and cafes nearby ,5 mins walk to the old town and 10 mins to the sea promenade. It's also a great value for money, like a hotel room but much cheaper.I would highly recommend Nirvana Luxury rooms.

Booking.com made a mistake for saying that the rooms have a cooking stove ,they don't, there's only a small fridge, kettle, a couple of cups,glasses and breakfast bowls but this didn't matter as we were eating outside all the time and fridge was enough for the drinks and nibbles.

The location is perfect! It’s right next to the centre of Split, so we were able to walk around multiple times because it’s so close from everything. Also, the room exceeded our expectations, as when you get to the room everything is super clean, tidy and refreshing. The restroom and shower have an amazing space and again super clean. Plus, the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. When I’m returning to Split I’m definitely staying there again!

We enjoyed the location. We were a few blocks from the Palace walls. Straight shot to Riva is via the palace entrance with statue of poet, then via the palace underground shopping area (and exit via Bronze Gate). Room was spacious, bathroom was quite large. TV, AC and hot water all worked great! Quite location. Balcony was nice, but it was so hot during the hours we were in the unit, we didn’t get to enjoy it very much. Beware - there are stairs, 54 to be exact, but don’t let that stop you. There is a mini grocery store out front, and a few blocks from cafes. Luggage storage for early check in - they have a way to store luggage for you if arrive early. it’s not located on site, just a block away.

Stairs… but I was prepared for that. We can always use a bit of exercise while on vacation.

Great location, just in front of the old town. The apartment is big and furnished with everything you need. It's affiliated with an hotel nearby, and we were able to leave our luggage for free. It's also easy for check in

Our apartment was a duplex with steep stairs. A bit difficult with young kids.

Great communication with owner. Clean and attractive apartment. Great location- walkable to restaurants/ palace. Big bathroom, nice second floor loft for lids to have space.

Not bad, just know parking is not most convenient. Couldn’t get parking at building so parked at lot 5 min walk away. Nice lot for payment though. Attractive just a little tight. Not much place to hang out in apartment other than beds. Was a very strong disinfectant smell that bothered me. Not sure what it was but I don’t think I could have stayed more than one day.

Location is amazing. Close to the old town area, walking distance. Dora was very responsive and helpful, giving us tips where to go and what to visit.

There is no parking at the building so you have to walk from a parking spot which is about 30 euros a day/night. It is close but if you have luggage, then it can be a hassle. The shower is broken. The bathroom looks very nice in the pictures but the shower needs to be replaced. You cannot take a proper shower unless they replace the heads. There is water coming out from places it shouldn't be coming out of.

Location, location, location! The Nirvana rooms are located right In the heart of the Old Town - a stone’s throw from the Diocletian’s palace and some beautiful squares with lots of little streets with shops, cafes, restaurants. A fabulous location! Also very impressed with the daily laundry service, if required.

The bed was a little soft and therefore uncomfortable.

Close to city center (1 min walking distance), self check-in service, there is a place near the apartment where you can leave the luggage if you get early or you are leaving late.

The bed wasn't comfortable, the terrace wasn't clean at all
