Room was big and everything was clean. Receptionist at check out was very nice and friendly. Staff at breakfast and cleaning staff met on the floors seemed very friendly as well. Breakfast was OK (they even have a high chair for the baby), location also is not bad,so overall we were satisfied with the stay.

We were travelling with an infant. On day one we didn't get any extra towel for the baby. On the second one, (without asking for it) it appeared, which was good. But then after the cleaning, we were left with only 2 again 😐 Check in was smooth,but the receptionist was not very friendly, nor did he offer to help us with any tourist information or dinner arrangements,considering that we arrived quite late with a baby. Note,that there is no elevator, so if you have suitcases, stroller and baby in arms, noone is going to help you with the bags.

It was lovely and clean and spacious. Comfortable large bed. Super air con. Lovely bathroom. Superb breakfast. Great views. Reception staff really helpful with helping us to plan the evening and book taxis. We used the hotel taxi next morning too.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was no lift and we both found climbing two storeys of stairs difficult. The staff were wonderful though and helped with the suitcases.

The staff at the reception was very helpful. The girl on shift at the time of our arrival made her best efforts to help us with reaching the Old town. The hotel is located in an industrial area. The Old town is far for walking, and there is no convenient public transport, therefore the receptionist helped us a lot. There is a parking in front of the hotel.

There is no elevator. We had lots of luggage, and we carried it to the room by hand. We received an apartment with a tub in the bathroom. There was no shower but only a shower handle, part of the tub. This was quite inconvenient because when you want to take a shower, you are forced to stay inside the tub, and use the shower handle with one hand.

Hotel is nice, clean, comfortable and not expensive.

Location isn't the best but the the bigger problem for me is that there is no pedestrian walkway in the street and also no legal crossing to that street for pedestrians. There was not much traffic when I was there but this could be potentially dangerous. Orange juice at breakfast is not natural.

Hotel located at the entrance of Split, very quiet area. Room was big and had all the essentials. Breakfast was quite complete, just missing a bit more variety of fruit. Parking at the front of the hotel and it is only 20 minutes walk to the city centre.

When we booked we already knew this, but please be aware that there is no lift, not a problem for us.

Big room with couch and very comfortable bed. Big bathtub and very friendly and nice staff with respect to customers.

Location of course could be a little better, but it is possible to walk to city center in 30 min by foot. Coffee was really bad, instant coffee from the coffee maker and there should be more vegetables.

As most of the reviews tell this is a very nice hotel located not so nicely. Meaning that for tourist purposes it´s a good 2km hike to the tourist areas on the seafront. But then again the train station is just next to it and so is a big supermarket and the closest restaurants are about 50m away. Hotel itself is a comfortable and clean unit. Good breakfast, stable wifi and decent sized rooms. I stayed for one week and enjoyed my time.

The size of the room was a bit small, the shower area the same..small..At the end of the stay we were informed to pay local taxes 2€/day/pers. I think it is a bit much. We were not informed about this until before of departure

Loved the staff! Everyone was super nice and helpful♡ luggage storage was available before we could check in. Breakfast was nice. Nice air condition. Near to a grocery store that had opened between 7-22 which was perfect (konzum). Near train station split penegrade. The cleaning ladies where friendly and said hi every morning when we saw them♡

To centrum it was a 45 minute walk, but nice walk! No elevator.

The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. It is also a very short walk away from a large shopping center and a bus stop that is very well connected to the city center.

The street where the hotel is located has almost no sidewalk and it feels a bit dangerous to go there if you don't drive up. And there is a construction site that is sometimes noisy in the vicinity.
