The location is beautiful: walking paths and bike paths along the water and through the forest are right there. The hotel staff are friendly. The room was simple and clean. The food was delicious. For a weekend getaway, it was perfect for visiting Cheb and Franzenbad.

It's unfortunate that access to the pool costs extra.

Great location with nice view overlooking the nature, the animals make it lively.

One of the hostesses hardly spoke English and her German was minimal. She would bluntly advise us what to order on the menu. She made a mistake with the room payment and overcharged is for the dog. We can reclaim this however.

Horseback riding was easy to organize. We got lots of wood for a private Bonfire.

Not all available houses were listed on booking.

-Location (lake/river and forest are close-by) and variety of facilities (swimming pool, massage, beer bath, horses, ostriches etc); -Breakfast (a lot of salads and deserts); -Restaurant; -Manager and owner were kind to us and they were trying to solve our challenges

- Description of Teepee (vigvam) did not correspond to the reality - no kitchenette, no microwave which were our main criteria for selection so we’ve spend 2 hours to solve the issue somehow; - Teepee itself is not the perfect place to stay for longer time with kids: too high humidity inside (mould/fungi is visible on ceiling already). Shower did not work as expected (too low pressure). Just select normal room in the main building - I’m sure its much better there.

Overpriced czech cuisine stucked in '90, little selection on the menu, breakfast was below average. Very basic furniture and average equipment of the room. This property has a big potential, but so far not utilized. Paid parking for cars makes no sense, it is on a countryside.
