Wonderfully located hotel, just next to the park and at a reasonable price. Swimming pool in a main building, private parking, good and varied breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much! We didn't have time, but there was an option to take advantage of massage or other spa treatments. Definitely we will be back!

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The Spa procedures were all wonderful and rejuvenating. Delicious breakfast and dinner. The hotel itself is located in the center of the old town so every tourist location is literally around you.

Hotel lists that English is one of the languages spoken by staff, but that is not entirely true, only a few staff members spoke English and reception barely knew English at all. If you don't speak German or Czech you might have a hard time communicating with the staff. Some of the staff knows Russian.

First of all, my wife and I would like to mention the excellent cleaning of our suite. Great job of the hotel’s maids and thank them a lot! Also we would like to mention very friendly and attentive attitude of all receptionists whom we have met during our rather short staying at this beautiful hotel. The suite we stayed in was big, elegant and nicely equipped. We liked very much the color scheme in which this deluxe room was designed. We have stayed only two nights and haven't managed to use the swimming pool or try the services of spa, but with a great pleasure we will stay here again. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to visit Františkovy Lázně.

There is just one thing to improve. The shower cabin doesn’t have a shelf. That’s why the question arises, where can guests put their own soaps, washcloths or shampoo? Is it convenient and hygienic to put such things on the floor?.. But everything else was great and we recommend staying here for having a pleasant time.

The deluxe room was huge and beautifully equipped, likewise the terrace, while overlooking the internal courtyard and a carpark, was also huge. There was everything we needed and the staff was exceptional, and nothing seemed to be a problem. Everyone went beyond to make our stay pleasant, they even organised some procedures after hours for us on a weekend at a very short notice. I loved the homely feel of this place.

The room could do with an aircon in summer, as it was too hot in the afternoon sun and nearly impossible to cool on the day we arrived. Once we closed the heavy curtains and opened the windows, it was a touch better.

It's central located and very clean even if it's outdated. We were in the Palace II building. Everything it's stuck in the 90s there. Wi fi is good and you have parking in the inner courtyard. We were there only for the weekend so it was ok but it's basically an hotel for people over 70

Breakfast is served only until 9.30 and the coffee is really bad.
