Nice location, excellent surroundings (big spa park). Not far from the town centre and another facilities (Aquapark).

When I came to the hotel, the staff at the reception asked the payment from me!!! Nevertheless I paid on 11th June already (5 days before the arrival).

Fabulous place I love everything! Especially the deer park they are my favorite! Very friendly and careful staff in SPA. The treatment was so helpful.

The breakfast should be more interesting. I miss good fruits. There wasn't so many choices

The sauna and swimming pool are good. Breakfast was great. We will come again for sure!

The location at the other end of the park than the city. On the walk to the city center 9 mineral springs. The neighbouring deer park. Handy private lockable garage for the bicycles/car free of charage. The sauna and the pool in the basement. Elevator for the stroller/luggage/elderly. Far enough from the major roads. 301 was pretty spacey and split into living and bed room.

At the continental breakfeast the replenishments weren't always timely. The sliding off the mattracesses on the beds are causing an abyss on the queen size beds. Poor toilet flushing - room 301.

It is nice place with good location - close to highway. There is very nice swimming pool inside the hotel that I enjoyed a lot. Room is having everything you need. Also the Wi-Fi worked good even in the last room in the corridor.

The receptionist was nice but the personal taking care of breakfast were far from the expectation. I was also disappointed with the breakfast itself. Do not take me wrong, there was everything you need/want but the quality could be better.

Very nice location, about 10-15 min walk through the park to the city center. Also there is electric little car going to/from city every 1 hour, so you can take a ride. Breakfast is sufficient. There are pool and saunas and lots of spa procedures to choose from. Equipment rather older, but room was huge.

Nice and clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Located in a manageable and beautiful natural walking distance from the city.

The check-in procedure was somewhat cumbersome. Almost no one speaks English among the staff. No aircon in the room. There was not a proper parking space when we arrived. Several cars were parked in double space.

The buffet was very small and not Michael for the kids (age 9 and 11)
