Lovely relaxing place in a beautiful setting. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and cosy room with a bath on legs. Plenty of space and ways to sit and relax in the hotel grounds (tables and chairs, sun beds, deck chairs, benches, swings, etc. They keep deers and lamas in the ground, which we could feed. The restaurant and breakfast bar were both very atmospheric with plenty of great food choices.

Noise from the road but got used it after a while and didn't take notice of it.

We attended a family reunion at Zamek Kammenny Dvur. The facilities were excellent for a group and the grounds were quite lovely. The food in their restaurant was also exceptionally good.

There were not a lot of English speakers on the staff and we did not speak Czech. However, we managed to communicate well considering the language barrier.

Super nice people, clean and cosy place with interesting atmosphere. We have booked one bed apartment (separate bedroom + living room) and it was very nice! Lots of space. Very nice wellness centre (the cleanest I have ever been to).

There was no extra blanket in the room in case of lower temperatures. No pricelist of minibar in the room so you basically do not know how much you'd pay.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole stay! Also, they have live animals on the property (alpacas and deer) which you could feed so that was 10/10 for my girlfriend!

Breakfast was good, wellness was perfect (including personnel). Also quite nice bar at wellness that is reasonably priced. Overall quite an interesting hotel, nice park with animals.

Smaller rooms, some furniture is a bit old. Restaurant is not that good, somewhat small and expensive choice.

Really nice place from outside. Pretty garden, nice animals but if you come to the inside..

I really disappointed. We booked on booking double room - 20 m2 and we get small room at the attic circa 10 m2- no possibility to walk around the bed and one person with no access to the bed. In the wellness there is Swimming pool in 9 m2 - seriously.... And in the final they said that I can't pay by euro wtffff....? So they charge me much more Higher value than I booked on booking. The workers in this hotel don't speak english. I really don't recommemd. The Restaurant is close at 8 PM so if you are coming late from exhausting travel you can't order nothing to eat....
