The apartament is very cozy, bright, spacious, well equipped and well kept. Self check in and check out - super convenient. Big shop right across the street. Some distance from the old town, but there were buses running nearby. We had our bikes with us so not a problem at all, just a short fun ride.

We had very comfortable staying here. The apartment is clean, cosy and light. The leaving room is large and with the tiny but comfortable kitchen. To leave the car is safe here ‘cos the parking place is close to the apartment’s windows. Mostly we liked the entrance to the green yard from the bedroom. Thank you!

Well kept, clean with a spacious living room and access to a balcony. Quick response from the host.

These are suggestions not a negative comment, but there was no paper towels, no extra garbage bags. The towels need upgrading or suggest that people should bring their own and don’t forget to get a shampoo. I did.

A bit away from the city centre but taxi costs only 100Kc/ max 5km in Hradec Kralove, so it was managable

vERY CLEAN, GOOD SIMPLE SPACE, SMALL KITCHEN, BUT THE DETAILS WERE THERE. FREE COFFEE, biscuits. The owners care about a good stay. Lovely big couch.

The pillows were too big. The clock was ticking too loudly.

The place is entirely comfortable. There are a lot of places for a 4-person family. We were happy with some additional values - cakes, tea, coffe..

In the evening was quite hot.

WC was leaking. And very sound was working fan in bathroom.

Very clean, location for our needs excellent.
