Hotel was very comfortable, it was a pleasant stay. The room standard is high and satisfactory. Breakfast À la carte was tasty but this system has it's drawbacks - if you're in hurry in the morning you can't really get your food fast - especially when there are many guests. This leads to biggest disadvantage - staff number. Staff is very nice and helpful - no question about it, but the reception isn't open in the evening and at night. The same goes with the staff serving breakfast - there was only one person for both breakfast and reception. That means that even asking for one more glass of juice or water is problematic and you just can't do it by yourself. In the end the staff did their best, so everything was done correctly, it just took a couple more minutes.

If you need to work / stay in the area of Partubize, this is the ideal solution for you. Very nice breakfast, good quality in the restaurant, the room and the bathroom were spot on.

It was very hot in the restaurant area with the air conditioning off. The breakfast was great but it would be easier and faster for both customers and staff to be able to choose from a buffet. Recommend going to the breakfast srea way sooner than you would need.

The biggest shoutout is to the amazing, receptive, caring, and beautiful Receptionist Pavla. She helped me in my situation of early leave. I must say she is the greatest asset of the hotel. The room was beautiful, well-lit, spacious, and with all one needs. This has now become my go-to Hotel in the Pardubice region after trying out nearly all of them!

Small nitpick ... the corner table to sit at didn't have an outlet that I could use for charging my notebook during a meeting. Other than that I have to conclude as absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel!

Very clean, really friendly and helpful staff, beautiful decor and very comfortable beds. Delicious food at breakfast and had two evening meals there.

This hotel is truly charming and quiet! Excellent staff, breakfast, and rooms. The breakfasts, dinners, and wine selection are exceptional. I will visit Pardubice again and this will be the place to stay.

New hotel with large rooms very good service. Good parking and delicious breakfast.

A little bit away fro the city center, but well connected to public transportation (bus stop is 50 m away from the hotel).

- lovely and modern hotel (exactly like in the photos) in the silent part of Pardubice, - clean room and hotel premises, - good wifi for working, air conditioning and Netflix - tasty a la carte breakfast, - good parking / Bus N°10 stop at the hotel - I had got a room on the entering side of the hotel, where you can hear constantly croaking frogs, even if you can't see the lake directly. It was better and more interesting, than having a room on the busy main road.

I ordered a traditional Czech soup "Kulajda" but their version of this soup was extremely sweet :-( I am not an expert, but the sweetness overshadowed the taste of the mushrooms. If you like it order it, but not for me :-) Ladies, a hairdryer is OK, but cosmetic tampons and sticks are missing.

They didn’t care about reservation options and also the personal not speak English . Breakfast not was like we expect.

It would be great if Asian food also included in the dinner menu.
