Very clean, excellent location, and a nice an quiet pool.

We reserved this place becuase of the parking and two weeks before we arrived they said they didn't have parking allowed around the premises. They offered parking alternatives which were parking nearby that implied waking up early to put money in the machine at 8am which is totally unrealistic since most of the guest are attending a metal festival that has bands playing at 2am. The other alternative was free, but 15 minutes walk from the hotel which at 1am after a day at the festival is not super convenient.

The hotel has its charm. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, small pool. The noise of the bells is loud.

Customer contact needs improvement - I asked for a parking space on the day of booking, I didn't get any information. After a few days I asked again, I got a reply that there were no more spaces. After arrival I parked in the city zone with a fee - great :-) After reaching the hotel I get information that I can park under the hotel :-( The second issue is payment, I book with the option of paying on site. However, I don't pay the booking amount, but some unknown exchange rate and 12 euros more. Poor...

This was our first visit to both Hradec Králové and this hotel, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is fantastic—spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any requests. The spa was a definite highlight, offering a tranquil and rejuvenating experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was superb. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, with the waitstaff being both professional and welcoming. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The location of the hotel was amazing, because the hotel is in the down town close to everithing. The hotel has some own parking place, there are on the street, but staff is watching it by cameras. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel was beautiful, mainly the building and the covered inner courtyard. It was very nice and friendly. The room was very good, mainly the bathroom, that was very big. The hotel has own wellness, what is can use (include in the price). The breakfast was good and it was enough for us (warm and cold food, fruit etc.). I recommend everybody to spend some night in this hotel, when they are in the city.

I didn't find negative thing. The hotel is rather friendly than modern.

The location of the hotel is just so spot on.There are plenty of interesting things that can be seen in the area such as parks, alleys around the river as well as restaurants, bars and etc. In terms of what the hotel itself can offer everything is just perfect.We visited it for the second time this year and we intend to do so the next year. Me and my family highly recommend U Královny Elišky!

The hotel is probably the best in Hradec. The staff customer-facing staff all speak very good English and are very helpful. The cleaning staff are very helpful. In winter the hotel is warm. The breakfast comprises a good buffet including hot food of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes. There is a fridge in the room. An iron and ironing board is available from reception.

There are no facilities for making tea/coffee in the rooms - this is a gap by today's standards.

The location is lovely in one of the two adjoining squares, with plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel is lovely and quiet and the continental style breakfast was good. We asked for extra pillows which they did provide us with and also an extra fan for the bedroom so that we had one on each side of the bed (it was very hot!).

Air Conditioning in the bedrooms would have been great and maybe also the option to have more pillows but the staff at the hotel did their best and as mentioned above, gave us the extra pillows and an extra fan, so we can’t complain too much.

Excellent for a comfortable stay. Very comfy beds, great breakfast, elegant interior and a bath tub. Super central position.

We couldn't access the spa due to a staff shortage, which was disappointing, as the wellness amenities were a major factor in choosing this hotel. We stayed only one night, and no compensation has been offered so far.

I stayed at Hotel U Královny Elišky in Hradec Králové for two nights from 5 to 7 July, visiting with friends for the Europe Kubb Championship. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. The staff were accommodating, and the facilities were a pleasant surprise. The city itself is beautiful, adding to the overall experience.

Amiable and patient staff. Very comfy beds. Wonderful sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast was very good (fruits, vegetables, pancakes, eggs, bacon, breads,... All was there). Parking right in front of the hotel for 200 Kč/day (don't forget to reserve a spot while you're booking to make sure you can park there).

The coffee at breakfast could have been better
