The breakfasts were tasty and the bread was delicious. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the pillows exceptionally comfortable.

There could be more various breakfasts. Almost every day, there were plum jam buchty, but never any poppy seed buchty. That's a pity, as these are also traditional. The parking lot was very small and sometimes difficult to navigate. The bathroom in our room was impractically designed, as the door opened inside and made a barrier for access to the toilet.

The room was bigger than we expected. The beds were super comfy. We had a great view on to the street and the hotel was situated super close to the main station. Lots of restaurants in the area. The staff manning breakfast were wonderful and very welcoming. The breakfast had a couple of veggie options. The receptionist was welcoming. The hotel was calm.

A few more veggie options for breakfast (maybe veggie sausages or something upon request?). The queue for the coffee machine was a bit long at peak time during breakfast because there is only one machine. We'd have preferred a stand-up shower rather than a big corner bath with a shower attachment. The pressure of the bathroom shower was not very strong.

The reception team were great, friendly, helpful & professional. It was a great location in the heart of the city. Our room faced into the courtyard so our room was quiet. The breakfast was great, plenty of choices!

The only thing which took the edge of our stay was that the air-conditioning kept cutting out despite us taking the front cover off & trying to extend the timer. It was a very hot night and our room was on the top (3rd) floor. Thoroughly recommend it. we'll be back again later this month.

I liked the room and the hotel's toiletries are very good. The hotel is in the city center with very good access to public transport. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The rooms are well heated and clean.

I didn't like the fact that they never changed the glasses and cups in the room. I stayed for a week and the glasses and cups for tea remained dirty all week. I also didn't like the fact that the bathtub didn't have a shower curtain.

The room was clean, enormous and the beds were super comfy. The staff were friendly, smiling and had all the information needed. The location is perfect for public transport and access to the RFP festival.

Having a bath in the room with just a low shower head, no shower curtain and no anti slip mat. The water pressure wasn't strong enough to have a good shower and you couldn't fully stand up.

The location is excellent. The hotel personel is perfect. Especially I would like thank you to Stanislav to give me information and if I need any thing he helps a lot. Breakfast is really clean and smells good. I also thank you to Eva to prepare delicious breakfast. The room and heating are good and silence room is perfect to sleeping. I prefer always Grand Hotel when I am in Hradek Kralove.

very good breakfast, hotel and rooms are very clean . The hotel and its facilities do show its age. I was born it this city and actually work in this hotel almost 50 yrs ago. That time it was much bigger and it was jewel of the city for accommodation ,restaurant and night life. Now its older but still nice. Over all pretty good

We were here for Rock for People. The breakfast was really good and varied . The location is perfect for the shuttle bus. No problem coming back late. Rooms and beds are fine.

Slightly old fashioned but everything worked. Maybe air conditioning would improve it but that only matters during the hottest times.

Hotel is great; we stayed there before. Staff are very friendly, professional. Room was perfect, spacious, comfortable beds, always clean. Great location.
