We stayed in a six-bed family flat at the ART Hostel. The flat was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge and freezer, a smart TV set, a separate bathroom with shower and a sink for two, a separate toilet with sink (i.e. three people can brush their teeth simultaneously), a wardrobe for each bed, which unlocks with a personal PIN. The PIN serves as well for entering the hostel and the flat. The hostel has a nice garden and a terrace. Although it was at the beginning of July, the temperatures outside dropped as low as 10 degrees in the morning but the heating in the flat was working and made the feeling very pleasant. Although it's not a hotel, the rooms are cleaned daily and garbage is taken away. The accommodation is contactless through the Alfred tool, however the manager Eva is available by phone and email and speaks good English. We had an issue with the front door and a technician came within 3 minutes from our call to fix it. In the lobby on the ground floor there is good tea and coffee for free and even a piano where my child could practice away from home. The hostel is situated on the main square of Dvur Kralove with plenty of services: three pizzerie, an Italian style bakery, an Italian ice cream bar, a bank branch, two churches etc. The town itself has supermarkets of all major chains. The hostel is very convenient for visiting the Safari Zoo - less than 5 minutes by car or 1.2 km walking distance. Parking is possible on the main square for a small charge of € 0.80/hour only on working days from 8.00 a.m. until 6.00 p.m., the first 30 minutes are free of charge. Card payment is possible.

One of the rooms in the flat has no windows but this wasn't really an issue,

The place was stunning. We stayed at the family suite which is a separate little building at the end of the garden with its own roof terrace. It was a big space with everything you may need for an overnight stay with an equipped kitchen including fridge and stovetop, a big enough clothes rack and the floor heating was very nice in the cold evening. There was a cot and a high chair in case you come with a baby/toddler. The location was very convenient right at the square.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, there is only fixed shower head, no hand held shower, and it is not the best for preschool kids (knives easily reached, not possible to move beds to the wall and the main door can’t be locked from the inside because it’s code-locked).

Good location (it is in the town square), the car parking is very closed to the hostel. Clean and modern hostel. Reasonable price for family stay.

We struggled to sleep at night due to hot air, no air conditioner, we opened the windows fully during night but then the noise from outside bothered us. You have to pay for public car parking (not so expensive) . Only big towel no small towel.

Wonderful apartments in the very centre of Dvur Kralove, close to everything but quite at the same time. Even if you don’t see anybody, as the check-in and check-out procedures are digitalized, the staff is very helpful and always present: I needed an early check in and late check out and they were very available and kind. The apartment (room 3, in my case) is very spacious and furnished in a modern and cosy way; moreover , it is equipped with everything you need. I have appreciated also the possibility to use the comfortable common spaces, where a useful vending machine is placed.

The showerhead was a bit unusual and not so comfortable.

Everything as described. Perfect location. Nice garden - I'd love to revisit it when the weather allows to stay outside. Spotless clean. Loved the piano in the common room.

The mattresses in the bunk beds were a bit on the harder side.

Excelent location - center of the city, though very quiet. Overall the building is very nice, warm and comfy. We even used the piano in the common room. Public parking is paid only in 'office hours + Sat morning', therefore it was free for Sat/Sun night.

Excellent location at the town sqare, great view of the square after waking up and opening windows :). Recommend rooms 4 and 5 they both have this view. Beautiful artistic design of the whole hotel, everything was very clean, great wifi which also covers the square below the hotel when you sit outside :).

No dedicacted parking place. However public parking is very close and available.

The hotel is at the main squere. It is very modern "digi future" hotel, without any staff. You receive the pin and the number of your room and after that you can get in to this hotel only with your pin. Our children were excited. You dot need any receptionist :) There is also a nice small garden.
