Very calm neighborhood and the town itself. The personnel was very friendly. When I was late for the breakfast I was treated really good and I was offered nice variety of products along with a scramble. The swimming pools were clean and in really good condition with nice sorroundings like football pitch and basketball court. If a sauna was there this would be one of my favourite places for quick breakaways not far from home.

The hours of breakfast could be a bit longer especially during the weekends.

not a complaint…just a comment…. very compact bedroom and bathroom……I had a room to myself but for 2 people, it would have been a squeeze….only 1 tiny shelf in bathroom…more hooks in room and bathroom would be good!

The hotel itself was okay, our room was spacious although hot during August heatwave. Breakfast was good with fresh pancakes, variety of breads, cheese, cold cuts, delicious scrambled eggs and bacon or sausages. Location was convenient for the Zoo (20mins walk) and local transport, which was important to us as we were attending Brutal Assault festival in another town. There's a bus stop right around the corner, a ride costs 14 crowns per adult and it takes only a few minutes to get to the train station with frequent access to Hradec Kralove and Pardubice, for example. We liked our stay and will definitely return!

The reception staff were friendly and spoke English, but in the restaurant don't expect nothing more but very basic language skills or none at all. Good attitude helps a lot. Hotel pools were a nice addition to the hotel but swimming was prohibited before 11am and after 8pm, so no refreshing morning dips. Our room was in the restaurant building with view to a small shopping centre loading dock. They started unloading stuff around 5 am so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, and keep windows closed. Otherwise the area was quiet and seemed safe.

The hotel and hotel area was super clean. Really nice garden in front of the restaurant. The food (dinner) in restaurant was really good! Friendly staff as well. Nice little city center with a few good restaurants also.

I think it is a shame that the "poolbar" area was not in function.

Friendly staff, Quiet neighborhood, Close to the city center and an excellent inhouse restaurant. Price was well worth the stay and definitely recommend for any one visiting this side of the country.

Beautiful grounds with a nice playground, soccer field, pool and restaurant. The food and drinks at the restaurant were good and a fair price. Check in was easy. We traveled with three families and had a great time!

The carpets could be modernized. But everything was excellent.

Everything was fine, the staff were friendly, the breakast was excellent, and only a 10 minute walk to the main square.

Why don't hotels have clocks in the rooms anymore?

Breakfast is standard continental with a nice sortiment of things.

It would have been good to have a fridge in the room and if they provided a sign saying we need cleaning in the room as the - otherwise very nice - cleaning staff knocked on the doors while we were resting.

All was great, location, amenities, super friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely no reason to complaint!
