Great staff all around - we were in contact with three different receptionists, and all were just awesome. On the checkout day, we were offered an opportunity to have breakfast cooked for us earlier than usual because we were leaving before the breakfast opens. I've never experienced it anywhere else. Location is great - right at the city square where all fine dining is. The rooms are relatively basic (it is a historical building), but they are clean, serviced daily, and fresh water delivered every day, so you feel comfy and cozy. Breakfast included, and it is a nice breakfast - with fresh crepes, pies and pastry in addition to standard items. Very nice stay, will come back again.

Nothing not to like. Maybe a bit better sound insulation could be beneficial, but it is what it is in a historical building.

Great location, close to everything in the centre of the town. Hochey arena is only 4-5 min walk, the famous tower and the cathedral is next to the hotel. Receptionist was helpful conidering all our questions. Breakfast can be included in price, but nothing special. Room is comfortable and clean, air condition is good.

Parking is a bit risky in the closed yard, there are not so much space for the cars, eventhough the receptionist tries to assist You which free place to choose.

Central location, clean, modern, air conditioned all in historical building walking distance to main square with restaurants. Pleasant breakfast on terrace. As a solo traveler I was happy to take small room with twin bed that was surprisingly comfortable. Loved the view of church and rain gutter “dragons”

I would have liked a choice of plant based milk. Breakfast vegan choices were: bread, rolls, peanut butter, jam, fruit and some veggies.

The staff was incredibly nice, multilingual (I began talking in English and was replied to in my native german -- the lady at the desk remembered I was coming and remembered my native language!) and curteous. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was nice. The room was nice and quiet. There are more cafés, bars, restaurants, pubs etc. within a 5-minute walking distance than a city of this size has any right to have! If I ever return to Hradec Kralove, I know where I will stay already.

The city elected to make the main plaza in the old town a huge parking lot. It doesn't take away from the stay (it's not busy) and is certainly not the fault of the hotel, but of the municipial government. A huge shame though!

For reasonable price, well equipped hotel, right in the very city centre, with free gym, wi-fi and air-conditon (do not choose places without air-condition in the summer, unless they are in the rock bottom cellar). Cool breakfast with lot of extras. As cherry on top whirpool and sauna for only few euros. Personnel helpful and last but not least - the bath tub within own bathroom!

Clean, quiet at this time of the year (November), reasonably priced, host friendly, safe (but VERY tight) place to park. Should consider parking on the square in front of the Hotel. Good basic facilities. Comfortable bed, clean fresh towels. Bathroom was basic and clean. Breakfast was nice and tasty, big choice. Accommodation was fine.

Only Czech language TV channels :-( but basically nothing to dislike at all. Cant go wrong for the price.

Online check-in and self-key-making were very convenient, everything is available in English. They even helped us operate the AC in the middle of the night. Staff were friendly and available for questions we had about parking, even gave information about street parking

Information about street parking was a bit outdated and the priced were eventually different. But again this was an extra from their side.

Staff were very friendly and all spoke English. I requested an adaptor for a UK plug and the receptionist had it ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Fully-stocked mini-bar in the bedroom was great. Bed was very comfortable and having both a bath and good size separate shower was perfect!

The hotel is part of the town's most spectacular ensemble of buildings, and if you get a front room, you will have a glorious view across the main square. Amazing location, spacious rooms, working elevator, good breakfast in the great breakfast bar - one of the best hotel experiences you can imagine.
