Very friendly staff, great location, spacious rooms, beautiful old building. Water cooler and free tea/coffee/hot chocolate offered. Fans provided in the rooms to help cool down. Pictures don't do property justice, it's a beautiful old building !

Triple room provided 3 beds, 1 on room level and 2 off in the attic via steep ladder and narrow sloped roof for anyone over 5'5". Attic mattresses I had to put both (2) on top of eachother for a comfortable sleep. Cot was additional charge which we weren't aware of/missed in the booking. Breakfast was limited, and the shower was really tiny ! Note, off-site parking is on the town square 300m away but bays outside property to unload/load.

Communication with the staff was perfect, they are quick at solving problems and answering messages. Location is perfect, right in the city centre. There's a bar right across the street (Na Hrade), we asked and the staff booked us a table there. Good breakfast, plenty of choices. You could park your car just in front of the hotel door for 200 kr/24h or you could leave your car for free 300 meters away from hotel.

No elevator, lots of stairs. Thin walls, you could hear people coughing in another room. 2 beds were on the second floor of the apartments and was only accessible by a narrow staircase (that wasn't a problem for us)

Quaint hotel in the center of Hradec Kralove - just one street from the main square. Very spacious room for 4 persons. Buffet breakfast (cold cuts, veggies, fruit, eggs, pastry, oatmeal, cereal) in wine cellar which has a nice atmosphere. In the lobby there was tea available 24/7 and a few tables/couch where we could hang out and play cards in the evening. If you're looking for a place to stay that isn't fancy but cozy and rustic, I would definitely recommend it.

There is limited parking space in front of the hotel, but they offer free parking in a garage nearby. We didn't mind the walk through the main square, but someone might.

The location in the old centre of HK is excellent. The hotel is in a quiet street. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. All the staff are helpful. Some of the staff speak English. Breakfast was a good buffet. In the (unmanned) reception area there are facilities for making hot drinks, a microwave, crockery, and also a printer for the use of guests. There is a clever electronic key fob which works for both room and the main hotel entrance door. There are laundry facilities etc available at the neighbouring Boromeum Residence (apartments) from which the hotel is managed.

1. There is no manned reception as the hotel is managed from the nearby Boromeum Residence. 2. Breakfast is in the ancient cellars; this involves difficult stairs and many changes of level and trip hazards once down there. 3. After booking, I was assailed many times by a 'bot' called 'Alfred' which offered to provide online check-in - this seems to be in use in many hotels. It would be useful if one could decline this. I ignored this bot and checked in conventionally.

Everything was very pleasant: nice interior, quiet and clean hotel in the center of the city. The room is small in size. But for me it was a plus: it was cozy, the windows of our room faced the courtyard, so it was quiet. Everything suited me. And thank you very much to the friendly staff.

Receptionists were amazingly kind and professional. Cleaner mainted my rooms during my stay on high standards. Excellent service provided from all staff. I will highly recommend this exclusive place to my colleagues either to business partners. Looking forward for next stay.

Central position, really quiet, good breakfast

Room was a bit dirty, especially the bathroom. Using the TV was harder than expected

Perfect location, very cozy hotel. The staff is really kind, the rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast is extremely excellent. It was my second stay here, and I would choose this hotel again. :)

Excellent location, right in the city center / old town. No problem with parking (hotel is booking a parking place for You). A lot of restaurants round the place and very nice base for sightseeing

Not bad continental breakfast, various meals, the same every day. The breakfast area is in the basement without windows, not very romantic, but clean and tidy, so it's OK.

We're staying here for the Brutal Assault festival and we used to come back to the hotel really late after the concerts, so breakfast time until 9.30 A.M. was too early for us. We would advise the hotel to delay the breakfast time, at least during the festival ;)
