great location with plenty of parking at the city square cross from hotel. excelent breakfast buffet - plenty of restaurants to walk to easy to get in and out of town and use this place as hub for visiting the area

Perfect location on the main square of Hradec Kralové. Parking is inside the yard, but relatively expensive. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a big shower. Heating in the room could be adjusted individually. No aircon in the room but we travelled in winter so it was not an issue. Breakfast is a highlight in this hotel. Jorgos is the chef and he created a Greek breakfast with lots of delicacies from his homeland. Choice was great: we had a lot of Greek specialities besides the usual hotel offering. Jorgos is also a very nice guy.

Most rooms are in the top floor so you have to be careful not to bang your head into the low celiling next to the windows.

Basically, almist all was fine. Location is exceptionally good right in the middle of the main town square. The breakfast is outstandingly good. The Greek chef is amazing and very professional. For this kind of hotel category and price, I must say the breakfast exceeded my expectations.

There was no hot water ( not even mildly warm ) all all late at night after 11pm and also around 8 am in the morning. This is something that can not be tolerated in a hotel of this category and given the nightly rate. Also, the cleaning service was poor. I stayed for 5 nights. If not requested through the reception desk on the 3rd day, probably no one would ever clean my room during the entire stay.. Again, this can not be tolerated. There should be daily standard room cleaning service.

Jiri, the chef, was simply amazing! He took extremely good care of us and went the extra mile in so many ways! His big smile and enthusiasm will always be remembered. And the breakfast buffet was out of this world. 👍👍👍 Michael, Marketa and Josef at the front desk were also very helpful and super friendly! Thank you for making our stay so special!!

The hot temperature in our room was unbearable and didn't allow us to get a good night sleep. The fans weren't of much help. 😪

Location in the very center of the city, reaching the hotel without any problems. I used the hotel parking, which is monitored. Breakfast was varied, although very few cold cuts. Everything was fresh and tasty. The TV had only Czech channels. Overall, the hotel met my basic requirements, but it could do with some modernization.

You have to be careful of the very steep stairs to the restaurant. No foreign channels on TV, poor wifi quality. You have to wait a long time for hot water in the bathroom.

The breakfast was the BEST we have EVER experienced! A big THANK-YOU to your GREEK CHEF! The Greek breakfast feast was really out of this world! Just like a wedding reception! Also big thanks to the receptionists for congratulating our Mom on her bday and presenting a small bouquet of flowers! Thanks, New Adalbertinum, we will surely be back!

The location was perfect, right on the main square. Nice and quiet. The breakfasts were very well prepared and presented. The staff were incredibly helpful and English speaking. I particularly enjoyed the big smile and conversation of the Greek gentleman that overlooked the smooth and efficient running of the breakfast buffet each morning. (He's an Ipswich Town F.C. supporter if that helps!) Thankyou all for a lovely stay in H.K.

Beautiful elegant hotel in the centre of a very pretty town. The breakfast was outstanding, their Greek chef was advised we were vegan and made special vegan delicacies for us. Very good car park at thr property. Helpful staff. The hotel is a lovely old building with a lot of character and very spacious common areas. Very good value for money.

We stayed for the Ironman 70.3. The location was excellent. Walking to Bike Check-In was a breeze. Breakfast, fantastic. Catholic religion, absolutely amazing. Tiny chapel same floor as the room to reflect. Awesome residence restaurant right around the corner.
