The hotel is in a great location, right across the road from the year-round working ski lift which takes you uphill. Many hiking options in the immediate vicinity. The room was nice with a small balcony facing the forest. Generally, the facilities were great, the wellness area was more than sufficient and very quiet during the day. The breakfast was quite alright, whereas the dinner as part of the half pension was great.

The mattresses were far too soft and paying for the parking was a bit weird. It does not seem to grant in and out access and you'll need to pay each time you drive away. It would be good if this could be explained better at check in .

Nice and quiet place. We were not happy with the room and got a free upgrade which was very friendly! The rooms are spacious and modern. The beds are very good. Breakfast is nice with much variety , and they are refilling the breakfast non stop. We booked the hotel with half board. Not much choice but the food is of high quality. The location is great for walks into town or taking the cable car up the mountain

The pool is a little small if there are too many people . On the first day of the half board we could choose between cheese and cheese.

Excellent located, just 100 mts from the elevetors to the ski areas. Possibility to bring your pets. Good breakfest. Marvelous massage (Coconut treatment). Well prepared for Sports vacation…. (Ski room, ventilated wardrobe with heating,…..). Very nice personal and service.

Bathrooms could be cleaner (strange smell in the shower). We didn’t found the place where to adjust the room temperature (it was quiet hot - better than cold :-) ). We could have asked but it was not a big issue as we just opend the door to the balcony. A little bit to much of chemiclas in the pool area. Also it was quiet noisy because of diferent massage shower which where almos continuosly in function.

Fantastic place to stay - ski lift and ski rentals 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Gated parking just outside (we paid 8 euros per day), lovely restaurant, amazing breakfast which was included in our package, pool with jacuzzi (small and busy though, you have to pay a small fee to use it), tennis court. Overall a great place to rest and recharge after skiing.

It can be quite expensive in the high season but it is a 4 star hotel after all...

It’s a nice hotel in a nice place. It’s up to standards for a 4 star mountain resort. Rooms are spacious, the bed is super comfortable and huge, the bathroom is wonderful. The pool is nice although it’s quite small and can be overcrowded at some point. The food is excellent. Rich breakfast and the daily menu is great also. The staff is pretty nice, especially in the restaurant.

The wellness part could be improved by a little organizing. Cap off the max allowed guests at one time. Maybe extend the relaxation area (in front of the elevator per example, now it’s completely unused space). The sauna could use a little tending to.

The location of the hotel is incomparable—right in front of the main ski lift! The room was perfect for our needs—good shower, beds are comfortable enough, and a balcony with a view to the stream. The breakfasts were good, and the evenings where we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food was very well cooked. The sauna requires a reservation, and the pool was nice too.

the parking situation is abysmal. There is only the public parking available in Janske Lazne, which charge you every calendar day (so if you park your car at 6 in the evening and leave at noon the next day, you get charged for 2 days), whereas the hotel has space in the back to create a private parking for free for their guests.

Not a thing

The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The breakfasts were delightful. The hotel has pool and jacuzzi, which really helped us relax after an active day. The location of the hotel is simply perfect: nearby there are ski slopes, hiking trails, and other attractions.

Amazing room for 2.

Swimming pool is too cold, not pleasant cold. It is 3rd time we stay at hotel, and even in summer it is not a nice comforting feeling to go into water. Child is always stressed. Please increase temperature by at least 2 degrees. It is definitely not 29 degrees as it keeps saying.

Beautifull, outstanding very modern hotel,with extremely nice people,special receptionist Bara.....room was ready at 10am.....warm pool 29C, hottube 38C. We were very pleased with our stay and definitely coming back next months. Excelent concept with bath room...see troug glass....nice concept Fridge and nice tv.
