Breakfast was good, room was clean and we were handled wifi password when we checked in.

There was no information (in the website) that to use hotel's parking I have to pay for it, so I was a bit surprised when I returned keys to my room. There was only information about a fee of 3,40 euro, but we paid 300Kc, so more than that. I'm not sure if that was on purpose or not, in the morning hotel wifi was unreachable. So if that was on purpose, it would be good to inform guests about that on website and when they are checking in.

The location of hotel is super, right at the historical centre. Hotel is cute and cozy. Room was super clean. I would like to highlight especially hotel staff, all employees of the hotel were very nice and polite, super helpful, answered all questions related to accommodation, breakfast, check-in and check out. Breakfast was over all expectations, a lot of choices for everyone. I strongly recommend this hotel in the heart of Hradec Králové.

Our room got upgraded to deluxe without any charges, which was a pleasant surprise. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, allowing us to check in early and making sure our room was prepared as we asked - which was two separate beds as we were two colleagues traveling. Great location, close to a bus station and a cute café.

Very nicely restored building in "art-nouveau" style, large room and very good breakfast with different cakes every day. The location within the centre is superb for visiting all the "highlights" of the beautiful town Hradec Králové. Kind and helpful staff.

The room was a bit cold when we arrived, but I can understand that heating such a large room with high ceilings can take some time ;-)

Very good location just some 400m from central square and restaurants, very nice breakfast, very friendly staff. Limited parking in courtyard, as well as outside the hotel.

There were no blinds on the windows, and the curtains were translucent, i.e., you could not dim the room enough. Beds could be improved...

Nice room, comfortable bed, good wifi, beautiful old building in a good location. Excellent value for money! Also, Hradec Kralove is a lovely town with a lot of restaurants and beautiful old architecture. I travel there on business a couple times a year and every time I go there I like it even more.

Very nice hotel, great location and very pleasant staff. I had a room with the view to the courtyard and it was very quiet room, being workn up by the bells from the town towers nearby. The room was spacious and very comfortable, great beds. Would definitely come again!

We had great expectations from the Presidential suite and the impression went even beyond that. The room combines old art-nouveau features and modern applications. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, very well prepared, and equipped. All what was promised in the room's description online was actually included. I also want to appreciate the front desk staff. They were very nice, professional and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

Since the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything was clean, and the place looked exactly like it did in the pictures. The receptionist gave us some great recommendations for places to go to eat and visit. We will definitely be coming back to this place.

The breakfast is very good, with a satisfactory range of products. The location is fantastic. The tub would benefit from a curtain.

The room was close to the lift and the insonorisation is not very good.
