The staff was very nice. They had a place for storing bicykles. Food was also very good and not as expensive as expected. Also the wine/ beer cellar for amazing for evening get together. Wellness was also very nice (we got 1.5 for free with the accomodation).

The hotel is a bit older and you can see it in the rooms. They are just average at best although they are clean. But the hotel makes up for it by the atmosphere.

Friendly staff. They had a dedicated bike room, locked, covered and even airconditioned! Breakfast was very nice with good quality ingredients I.e. stewed fruits and dried fruit for cereal, several different types of sausage, eggs cooked two ways, fresh breads and pastries.

Our room didn’t have a fridge. The AC unit in our room kept turning itself off, like it was on a timer, but we couldn’t find the setting to change it. We were considering booking a massage as these were good prices, but we arrived too late and it wasn’t open yet at check-out time.

Very good breakfast and location. It will be good if you advise visitors that there is a short tunnel to reach and leave the hotel from both directions of motorway ( to be included in advertisement). This will facilitate all visitors and hope will increase the booking.

Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff in the reception. Free parking. Very good restaurant. Just staff in the restaurant could improve attention to clients.

The food was exceptional! Sauna world was really nice too! Plenty of sauna’s to choose from.

We weren’t informed properly about the cost of hiring a bike. no one told us about it. Me and my wife wanted to borrow the bike for few hours only. The staff didn’t tell us that it’s for whole day only and cost wasn’t mentioned either. If we know the cost we’d have never borrowed the bike and instead could’ve spent that money on a nice dinner or more treatments on the Wellness. This was unnecessary disappointment to otherwise a very nice stay.

Nice hotel close to highway and wine destinations. Nice staff, a lot of facilities, good breakfast and nice restaurant with good choice of wines.

Unfortunately some of the rooms are quite noise and without working airconditioning. You can see that the hotel is 22 years old and would need more care, repairs, maintenance.

Price-value is surely an advantage, quiet and comfortable hotel which meets standard expectations of a business traveller.

The hotel has no real "customer experience spark" which would make it special among other hotels, the personnel in the restaurant should be more pro-active.

Very cozy and perfectly clean room. Asked for 6am pack away breakfast. Very nicely done with takeaway coffee. Perfect!
