The location is perfect, just a 5 min walk away to the castle. Beautiful surroundings and convenient amenities nearby. The communication by staff via Booking was also really timely, and we could ask questions easily.

The pillows are really uncomfortable.

Everything was great, location was perfect, staff was friendly, our suite with 2 bedrooms was very good for a group of friends, free parking was just behind the hotel

The price was rather steep for the Czech Republic, also considering the fact that neither breakfast nor wellness were included in the rate

Everything was excellent. Hotel design, service, the staff, food and hotel bar :). Breakfast just extraordinary - even at 12 am 😀. We also received a voucher for wine degustation as well as discount on wine 🍷. No stress with check out - what was the biggest +!

Oke We accept that personal has some difficulties with languages, no problem! But that nowhere especially on the menu cards nothing is written in any other language than Czech, is reall unbelievable. Do something please!!!!!! It is little effort!!!!!

Location on walking distance from the city center of Valtice. Good restaurant inside the hotel and also a fine restaurant across the street from the hotel which offers traditional Czech cuisine

A great location with complimentary parking behind the hotel. The room was spotless and comfy. We really liked the air conditioning because it was a boiling hot day!

Our room was on the 2nd floor, with the lift. There were two roof windows. Everything was clean and well prepared. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast rich and tasty, location calm though near the city centre. There's a playground for kids and enough space to park a car.

Room was under the roof and we had really hot days, the airconditioning - although working could not cool the room down enough so it was slightly annoying. The staff tried to help us, though.
