Great location and very friendly staff. The pool and spas on the rooftop were amazing and had a great view. Food at the restaurant was also really nice. Breakfast had a great selection of options.

We were frustrated that we could not control the air conditioning temperature as our room was controlled by central air-conditioning and felt that the room was way too hot particularly during the night. We also found the beds uncomfortable as they were a little too firm for our liking. There was only a 2 hour per day limit for the rooftop pool which was included as part of the room Tarif and anything over that was charged at an additional cost. If you are a hotel guest, then the pool access should be unlimited. We were also disappointed that we were not able to access any massage facilities as they were all booked out for the duration of our 3 day stay.

It's a nice place and the hotel looks good. Breakfast is excellent. Room was clean and spacious.

Most personnel don't speak English or German and could be friendlier too. Wellness is extra and limited to 2 hours, with opening times that didn't fit my schedule. I asked to take a look to decide if it's worth it, but this was denied. All in all, the worst experience with the wellness area ever - I ended up not using it at all, and this was the main reason why I decided to go for this hotel. Beds were nice and spacious but very hard.

Hotel location was excellent , right in the middle of the town. Great to have free parking. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. Nice outside restaurant area with good choice of food and drink. . Super pool area on the roof. The only issue was that the use of the use of the wellness area which had an additional charge and restrictions on children’s age other than that a very enjoyable stay.

This is our second visit to this hotel. The location is great. We loved the hot tubs and the swimming pool on the rooftop. Unfortunately, you need to pay for wellness and the visit is limited to 2 hours. The restaurant downstairs was opened till 23 with food available till 22 o'clock. Food was ok. Parking available on the location. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The room was extremely hot day and night. There was no air conditioning. We left the windows open and closed the blinds, but without a result. It was hard to get some sleep. The room was hotter than the corridor... Our room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator in that side of the hotel did not work, so it was a longer way with some stairs with the luggage. Some rooms are not available on booking.com and vice versa.

This is a great hotel in a marvellous location. We particularly loved the rooftop spa with 360 of the beautiful baroque town. We were stopping mid-journey to Vienna but would definitely like to come back for a relaxing stay and to discover the town in greater depth.

No real issues; the service in the restaurant was a bit slow and inattentive but the food was delicious!

Location and breakfast were great. Nice selection of food and attentive chef.

Reception staff's attitude could be better, for example every time we passed we had to greet first to be noticed and so on. No particular bad experience, but definately something shall be improved and is expected from such a hotel.

First at all thanks the stuff for hospitality and kindness. Standard Room number was huge, clean and with coffee machine! We enjoyed the breakfast, and ice cream for dessert:) The swimming pool is excellent, under roof (in case of rainy day) with warm hot tub!

The building has not usual construction so it was a little quest for us to find our room and then the exit. But it was just a tiny issue for our family. :)

1. missing information in English :( we chose hotel mainly because of swimming pool, but weren't able use it, because kids not allowed after 15:00 and morning hours we spent to visit fabulous Lednice Castle 2. Wi-Fi worked only ~1m near of doors 3. reception didn't registered residents car's numbers, mine car were blocked by another and escape weren't easy

Room was cozy. Although the hotel is quite big it was pretty calm and silent. Breakfast was all you could have thought of for that kind of price.

Restaurant staff wasn't in a good mood, had some empty tables, but told us to come back later, yet we waited and got our table in the end.
