- Our 2-bedroom apartment was spatious and we even had a balcony with a table for ourselves - Full minibar with plenty to choose from - The town/ location itself is amazing - quiet but with plenty of wine-cellars and an amazing playground for children, wineyards all around

- Very rude/unpleasant staff, saying 'no' without fully listening to what we were trying to convey (for ex. one night the restaurant was full and we enquired if we could have food in our balcony which was just next to the main tables, and the lady said 'no' without us finishing the sentence and without providing any options/alternatives). There were other examples like that.

Everything was great, meals were superb, staff are really helpful and understanding! Totally recommend if you need a place to stay, while travelling. Also there is a lake nearby, which you can also visit!

Air conditioning is missing and the one and only minus.

The location was perfect, parking spot, the restaurant and the rooms were all fine.

Maybe aircon would have been useful in the summer heat. Also, the restaurant could improve it's wine by the glass selection -- it's wine region after all.

Comfort depends on the specific room. We didn't have AC and our window faced east or south east (hot in the morning). Hotel restaurant rather average. Cold cuts/cheese platter poor quality, with leftover bread from breakfast. Walls thin as paper.

Nice room with view to vine yard. Comfortable shower room, size of room really good. Nice breakfast. Very welcome staff. Good communication before and during the stay. Area is beautiful with nice views.

We hear noise from neighbour room, ventilator in bathroom was noisy. Breakfast starts too late 9:00 AM. Too many forms to fill if coming with many kids.

Staff speaks no English, we had to use translator but for Czechs its not at all a problem.

Location, breakfast is descent, very good restaurant, views, surroundings, vine shops nearby, amazing!

Nothing to dislike. The spot gets busy sometimes - that's the taughest I can get here.

Parking is behind the building on dirt road, difficult to get luggage to the room. Older staff seems to be “neutral”, younger staff nice and friendly

very friendly personal :) we arrived late hours after the check in got closed but the reception took care to leave a key for us hidden. very nice location - on the heel next to the lake, nice neighborhood. comfortable room and comfortable bed, warm and clean. simple good breakfast. overall great choice for its value, highly recommend!
