Everything is great about this hotel except for one thing - described in dislikes

I'm not sure if they can do anything about it, but honestly for the first time in my life I felt unsecure in the shower due to the tilted floor the basin had. It's absolutely insane to have such tilted floor - I understand the water flow efficiency, but that was making me uncomfortable standing there, and when my feet got wet i.e. immediatley - I had to sit down! In the shower! I felt like I can slip and fall any moment. And I'm not senile person, nothing wrong with my balance and/or coordination, rather fit and sporty person. I really feel awkward reporting this, but it equals the awkwardness of that basin.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped with a hair dryer and all the necessary. The room had tea kettle and tea bags. Breakfast food provided was fresh and tasty. In the evening the hotel restaurant served food.

The parking is a in another street, not far but still, to get back to have to climb the stairs, not so pleasant in the dark, or walk a longer distance to avoid stairs. The reception is closed after 20.00, so you have to speak with the waitress to get the key, in my case she was a little bit overwhelmed and didn't speak that much English. (When I ordered supper her collegue spoke very good English though).

A true gem - cosy, clean, comfortable. Attention to every detail, coffee tea making facility and refrigerator in the room, complementary water. Spacious room in the attic with nice views. Super breakfast, even with possibility to make mimosa. Restaurant downstairs. Private parking. Good value for price paid. Recommend.

A lot of stairs so might be uncomfortable for reduced mobility people.

I liked the location, food in the restaurant. The big and clean rooms. We had the last number on top, number 17 and it was great, spectacular views from the windows. Parking right at the door.

The breakfast could have more food. We missed the fried bacon. It was not added during our stay in the restaurant.

Breakfast is enough for a person’s need. Thank you for showing me the hidden gem of Jewish Mikveh in the underground of the hotel.

In the bar , there’s only one language for the menus. Hotel’s Interesting historical informations are limited & not open for other languages like English speaking tourists.

Very nice hotel with clean and quite big rooms, good breakfast, private parking included in the booking price. The receptionist, people at the restaurant super nice and helpful! I strongly recommend this place!

Near the castle, everything can be reached by foot. Parking located behind hotel and "3-4 floor" lower than hotel itself. So, with large luggage better to stop near the entrance first.

At night, we heard some noise from the road (Brno-Vienna), it's very busy in summer. There is no air conditioner, only a fan, but it doesn't help.

This hotel is a gem. Beautiful place, cute little room, stunning wines and food and the people just made it. On arrival we got to try some of the wine, and were told about Czech folktales they were named after!

Nothing! It was a perfect stay!

Everything was great! Clean room, good water pressure, very nice staff, and great pub and restaurant. Breakfast was also excellent.

The room was small for anyone travelling with luggage. But this is a very small complaint; everything else was wonderful.

Great location, clean and spacious room

The walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything..so sleeping is not ideal unless you're a sound sleeper or get some headphones
