We were very happy with everything but specially with the staff. Place is very comfortable, clean, peaceful.

There was a constant noise in our room, something like a vibration from a mobile phone. We have reported to the staff who promised to find out and solve it. Our room was number 3.

We were informed that the reception is open only until 6 and we had not enough time to visit Olomouc. After we came to the hotel it turned out that the reception is part of the bar so there was service until 10 p.m.

Great, very friendly and helpful service. Nice location, clean, tidy and comfy room. Any upgrade available, really worth for the money. I can only recommend this place.

Very nice location in a rural area. Great for cycling, trips, sightseeings. Quiet environment. Dogs are welcome. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Coffe at the breakfast was only Americano. We'd prefer proper espresso, cappucino or cafe latte. There's no fridge in the room.

Some of the apartments have a balcony which is close to ventilation exhaust from kitchen. The smell coming from the pipes is not pleasant and therefore prevents using the balcony. Despite that it is a great place for stay with kids.
