It's always a spectacular stay here. I'll list the details why. First, the rooms are preposterously clean. EVERYTHING in the entire room, every centimeter, is as clean as something can possibly be. In fact I always feel ashamed to use something and make it dirty... it's that clean. Perfect for allergy people like me. Second is that the service is both professional but also extremely friendly. They are always willing to help out if you need some information about the local area, etc. Next is the restaurant, which is excellent. They are typically open late, even for food, which is rare in the country. They are open even later for drinks and relaxing. They were great about packing my food to eat in my room as well. Finally, the location is great, for local events. It's just a couple minutes' walk to one of the main tram (trolley) stops in Zlin. You need to use the trolley system if you are on foot, as there are areas of the main road that have no places for pedestrians to walk. Also 10 minutes' walk from the hotel will get you to the main bus and train stations, and the main venue for sports and concerts (Hala Datart). Finally, 15 minutes' walk and you are at the best concert venue (Masters of Rock Cafe), the best pub (Zel. Sopa), or the town center. Single rooms are fairly small, and suitable for just one person. But they are cozy, nicely furnished, and the heating is easily controllable. Curtains are top quality and block nearly all the light. Beds and bedding are top quality and extremely comfortable.

Everything is perfect.

The hotel is perfectly located and close to the bus and train station. Very friendly and helpful staff- from the front desk to the breakfast lady. The cleaning service was also very discreet and got the job done efficiently. The room looked new, it was clean and comfy. Bonus point for the fact that it was also spacious for a single room, same for the bathroom and the sink. It is very much appreciated! Large choice for breakfast. Great to have restaurants on site- the burger at Legenda was tasteful and the staff friendly.

This is more about what could be improved: The quality of the breakfast could be upgraded. Some fresh juice, homemade bread or pastries would make it perfect. It would be nice to have the possibility to make some tea/coffee in the room. The corridors do not appear to be renovated, and previous comments were mentioning the smell of cigarette in the rooms. I only noticed it in the corridors.

Professional service. Great location near public transport and event halls, also close to the town center. Room was far better than I imagined. Small, but nicely designed and everything new and modern, and beautiful. Great mini-bar included with all the essentials for a fair price. Nice view. Bathroom super clean, with everything working well. Towels new and clean. Bed super comfortable, with quality blankets and pillows. Nice work desk with everything provided, included quality desk lamp. Key card system worked flawlessly. Irish pub located in hotel was fantastic. Best Guinness I've had in the country, and great food too. Friendly, fast service even when it was busy. Indoor bar/cafe also nice. Best Indian food I've ever had, just a short walk away.

Price a bit high, but normal for the town.

Room was nice and quiet, bed very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and with shampoo and shower gel (however, no conditioner). I really liked breakfast. It was delicious and many optiones.

The walls were thin. You can hear anything from the room next door.

Breakfast – lots of things too choose. Really nice was selection of a seeds and fruits. Coffee made by coffee machine was tasty. Breakfast was excellent and tasty. Location – Hotel offers awesome view. It's close to Baťa's skyscraper, Baťa's institute 14|15 with museum with awesome exposure "BAŤA PRINCIPLE: FANTASY TODAY, REALITY TOMORROW" (about shoes, company, business, values, traveling, art: posters, shoes), Baťa's brick houses. Bata's monument is on the hill above the hotel. Náměstí Míru (square) is 10 min. by walk.

Taste of the coffee (espresso) in the lobby bar.

Perfect wiev, a good place to stay in...

As I expected this to be the best known hotel in Zlín, I can´t agree on "modernizing" the interiors. New additions (colours, furniture or details) are putting this hotel down:((( Our room was newly equipped, but the furniture points not to a 4* hotel. Management should choose a good architect and not just stick it all with a kind of kitchy "glue", otherwise the hotel will lose its renowned position... breakfast we had was just mediocre:(((

Inspite the very bad season and cold weather I found good people attending in a very professional way. I had a very warm welcome

A Fantastic place to stay in Zlín! Good location, friendly staff and nice breakfast.

The room does not have air conditioning. It may be a bit hot during the summer.

perfect stay, booked this hotel as just a few hundert meters from where I needed to go the day after I got a very nice room at the 10th floor, probably just renovated

from outside the hotel look very old I was told from my biz partners that the hotel was just renamed, "Moskva" eliminated from the name; sign/name taken away, but still visible, I thought it fell down...
