Always a perfect stay here, of course. Staff is impeccable. Friendly, professional, helpful at all hours. No one could ask for better staff. Location is great, in a quiet corner very close to downtown, transport, and some great bars and shops. It is easy to walk anywhere, and there is a taxi service that is mostly dependable during earlier hours. I was lucky and got a good price on a very quiet night, which worked out perfectly for me. Rooms are large, clean, comfy as it is possible to be, and bathrooms are the same: spacious, clean, modern, comfortable. My stay is always perfect here, and it is my top choice when coming to the area, for sure.

Both Baltaci locations use very beautiful, comfy, clean, expensive tubs in the bathrooms. Really nice for baths, but impossible to use (at least for me) to take a quick shower, as the floor of the tubs are incredibly slippery. At the Atrium location, the restaurant doesn't open until dinner time (5pm) and then closes early (9pm), and the inside cocktail bar is long gone. Would be great if there were more options for meals or drinks outside of normal hours, but perhaps it isn't much of a need anymore. Breakfast is awesome, and there is one great wine place around the corner with basic food. However, for the hours I keep (concerts/festivals) I'm usually stuck with the mini-bar, which is fine, but I wish there was something more.

The hotel is very nice, the reception staff are exceptional. Jitka and Theresa were very welcoming, which is so nice after a long drive from the airport. They were also very helpful knowledgeable regarding the local area. The hotel feels very open and spacious with nice Decor. The restaurant was also very good, as were the staff, I think its a constant theme throughout the hotel.

My room could do with some updating, wallpaper was peeling in one location, the AC was very noisy. Small things really, it didnt have a negative impact on my stay.

What to say? Everything here is always perfect 100%. Professional, friendly and helpful staff with a good sense of humour as always, (I'm always at Baltaci for a concert). Hotel and rooms always impeccably clean, modern, and quiet. Definitely the most comfortable of all the many hotels I stay in during the year. Breakfast incredible, lots of fresh options in a nice environment. Walking distance to trolley, train, and shopping / cafes.

I chose the Hotel Baltaci Atrium since it is closest to my concert location and it was a most pleasent stay! The entire staff is very friendly and always helpfull. If I return to Zlin, I will definitely stay there again.

The rooms are spacious, staff very helpful and truly sweet. We had couple requests and both were met. It is a clean place, with excellent breakfast buffet. Every room has Nespresso machine, they also serve the same coffee at breakfast. Over all we were very happy!

Inconvenient late check in due to large group checking out before us, should have been revorded by little discount, perhaps for breakfast or recognized otherwise. It's these little things that make huge difference.

Location in city centre is most convenient! Hotel is spacious and offers parking place. Tasty breakfast and nice staff were also highlights of the stay.

Room may definitely benefit from slight restoration. Dark wood, dark leather armchairs and room decorations are outmoded.
