The hotel suite we reserved was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The restaurant is good and well-priced. They also have a wellness center- my father got a massage at the spa there which he said was one of the best he has ever had.

We didn't realize what a long walk it would be to the center of town (20 mins)- or that taxis would not always be readily available, so I would say that is a downside. There was also a very mixed experience with the staff- some were absolutely lovely and warm- others seemed impatient and curt. Nevertheless, a great value and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was wonderful. Many salty and sweet choices. Spa was nice, only the floor was slippery. Nice big whirpool. Although I would appriciate the hotel spa to be for free. We had to pay some fee per day. Beds and the apartment are new and functional. Nice and clean interier. Beautiful view.

We had to pay extra fee for the parking. Its about 200 Kč a day. I don't think its necessary. Could have been included in the booking price, if needed.

- strong noises and shouting from the tennis courts already in the early morning (they don't warn you of this when you book...) - food at the restaurant was OK, but not more, no good beers, and the restaurant and the bar closes far too early - breakfast closes at 10 a.m., but at 9:35 they already remove everything, this is very unpleasant

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The apartment was clean. Overall great value. It exceeded my expectations. Great location if you want to visit Mariánské Lázně or just want to relax or just to play tennis.

I was not happy that you have to pay extra for parking ontop of quite expensive room rates. I could understand if it was in a location that meant non guests would use it but this was not the case.

The staff was very friendly. We had a comfortable and silent room, large enough for 3. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. We could park our car easily
