An exceptional hotel! We were a couple with a two-year-old child and booked 4 nights including breakfast and dinner. We had a wonderful welcome. We arrived on 24.12 afternoon and went to dinner- a table with a child's chair, two boxes of chocolates and a toy for the child was already waiting for us. In the evening there was a piano performance for Christmas. It was excellent. The next day there was a refreshment of Gluhwein with cookies on the hotel balcony. The rooms are large, spacious, very clean. In the room there were bathrobes waiting for us, even for the child. The hotel staff even arranged a bathing kit for the child. The breakfast and dinner were very rich, varied and very tasty. The hotel also had a spa with a sauna, jacuzzi and pool that worked relatively late. We enjoyed it there very much. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from a free parking lot near Kaufland and Tesco. The hotel and restaurant staff were very kind and hospitable. We had a perfect experience. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back here again.

Breakfast was better than I expected. Many variations and friendly staffs. Location is also nice. One of the day was my husband's birthday, so we got a small chocolate box as a gift, which was very nice.

Some of the staff members were not very friendly. When I tried to book a massage, I had to wait for a very long time, and I felt almost invisible. Perhaps this was due to a language barrier. The massage itself was great, but the way staff communicated with guests could be improved. I really liked the pool and sauna area. However, most people were wearing swimsuits inside the sauna, which made the space very wet. Unfortunately, no one seemed to come by to clean the wet floor, which was a bit disappointing.

Good value for money, sports activities & wellness are included in the price. Breakfast had freshly made pancakes and tasty coffee from baristas. A big plus were comfy beds and high-quality brand toiletries. :)

No one warned me before, that if I arrived during the evening, they would not let me park in the garage even though they declared 24/7 reception and I booked a parking lot. Thus I had to move all my stuff from the parking area nearby using a small baggage cart at 00.00 am. It took me 3 rides and an hour (I had lots of stuff that wasn't able to stay in the car while it was freezing outside. That is the reason why I booked a parking lot in the garage). It was a very unpleasant experience for me.

The bed was comfy and the room sufficiently spacious. We really enjoyed the spa area which comes in the price of the hotel stay - the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The location was ideal to reach the tourist center. The café downstairs serves excellent cakes :)

The bathroom was really small - it was not possible to stand by the mirror and open the door at the same time as it would squeeze you. The spa has limited entrance for kids betwee 19:00 and 21:00, which is only written on the spa door but we were not informed at the reception of the fact. During the breakfast, I would appreciate more selection of sweets and fruit.

Everything was good. The room was spacious and airconditioned, making it a good choice during summer. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. Staff members serving breakfast were friendly and cooperative. The hotel has two restaurants/cafes and is open until late evening in summer. This hotel is within walking distance from Musical Fountain (approx. 10 to 12 mins walk).

Parking charges are very high—350 CZK per night. Pets are not allowed. Not a very pleasant experience at the reception while checking-out.

Room was clean and spacious. The reception personnel was very effective and polite. The restaurant is outstanding: the variety and quality of breakfast and dinner exceeded my expectations, and waiters were attentive and available. The ladies making coffee were even more attentive, clarifying several details before providing the espresso! The hotel provides a bathrobe, towel and sheet for sauna. There are even two mineral water springs right in the hotel atrium. And the view from the elevator was nice.

Nothing to complain about. Maybe: sauna and swimming pool were small, but no surprise here. Also, very warm in the room, so maybe adding some thin covers instead of the thick winter ones would improve sleep; or providing a way to set a temperature.

The area where the hotel is located is great. if you can catch a spot on the street and buy a whole day ticket parking for 120kc is fine and a better resort then parking inside the hotel which is a bit expensive. The staff very welcoming explained everything and always there to help. The breakfast buffet in the morning really hits the spot so much to choose from and variety was great.

The reason we booked here in the first place was the Air conditioning but sadly like others have mentioned in their reviews its hardly functional we did turn it on and leave it turned on to cool down the room but we always came to be welcomed by a hot room sadly and when trying to adjust the setting on the AC regulator it sometimes sparked up which just lead to us leaving it turned off i did want to ask in the reception if this was normal or if we are setting up wrong but after reading the reviews and seeing everyone else had the same problem most the time i gave up on asking. luckily during the evening hours it got cooler so we just left the window wide open during the night.

We had a lovely long weekend stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and hotel were very clean, bed comfortable, location excellent. Receptionists and waitresses were most helpful. Staff was fully aware of my allergy from my booking information and made sure I get right food. Service was excellent.

Overall very nice 4 star hotel. Room was clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was really good, they even offer coffee made by barista. I also liked the cafe on the first flor, they made good cocktails. The staff was always friendly. Only one thing was disappointing is that week outside was +33 and in the room was a little bit hot, climatization worked, but I guess it didn't prepared for such temperature.

The property was well looked after despite the age of the construction. The best was the staff in the restaurant on the shifts of the shorter chief Pepe ( I think:) , waiters and receptionist were very kind and attending. Our stay was very pleasant. We will come again this year:)
